Over the course of working with Corin our auto insurance has tripled, and Kate has nothing but excuses. In the time my wife actually got her on the phone - she didn't follow our requests and nothing changed. Homeowners insurance has more than DOUBLED in four years since working with Corin! MORE TGAN DOUBLED!!!! No word, no notice, no explanation. Just increased. I learned from the mortgage company as my escrow increased. I went from $5500 annually to $12k a year most recently. In the time I'm dealing with Kate, Corin, and Safeco - I've gone annually from $5500 to $8200 to $9500 to now $12000! Over less than 4 years. I've had ONE claim on hail damage and they wouldn't pay the claim and I had to fight it. This is criminal! SHAME ON THEM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our 22 year old son…read more(Keller High School, now at Texas Tech) was contacted by Bill and was told he could save him a ton of money on his car insurance. Our son (a part time cook at Sonic) who is always trying to save money took the bait. Bill came back with a price that was going to save him over $70 bucks a month - a big deal for him. Our son paid Bill the first month premium, got his proof of insurance card from Bill, then went on to cancel his previous insurance coverage. The following day Bill sends him an email saying that the price he gave our son was wrong and that in fact he is now going to need to pay even more than what he was paying previously. After quoting a price 3 times, cashing his check, issuing an insurance card, Bill had nerve to came back with a NEW price that was $20.00 more than what he was paying with his previous insurance company. Needless to say this was a total bait and switch!!! Our son had to go back to his old insurance company (who he had canceled) and they in turn used the opportunity to raise his rates as he was coming back with his tail between his legs. Then on top of it it took 2 1/2 weeks for Bill to return the money to our son. I have noticed from other reviews on Google this is not the first time Bill Taite Insurance has done this to people of our community. Stay away is my advice.
