Elisa fixed the 1st issue (on line account suspended) and then contacted another expert within Schwab that helped to find the source of other issues that led to my suspension. If Elisa had not listened and gone the extra miles to help me, I would have been suspended again as soon as I drove back home to Denton, TX. We located a replacement car on a Saturday and the dealership let us keep the new car as we would provide them payment from our account at Charles Schwab. On Monday, we went by Charles Schwab in Southlake to arrange the disbursement and met with our agent, Jake Bandy. Mr. Bandy called the dealership, acquired the wiring instructions, and facilitated the whole transaction. Mr. Bandy is a complete pro! He gave us copies of the wire and promised to contact us when it was complete. We returned to the dealership with the copies of the wire and the dealership gave us copies of all our car documents. Mr. Bandy called shortly thereafter and assured us the wire was sent. Everything is stress free when you deal with a great organization and Jake Bandy!

When I tried to log back into my account, I krpt getting messages that my username or password were wrong. I called them and they said they had closed my account for identity fraud. I toldvtbem to just refund my money. They said that they could only do tbat after their "investigation" was complete. It has now been two weeks and now they tell me that they have just assigned someone to investigate. It's my money and they have STOLEN it. Never do business with TD Ameritrade, unless you want your money stolen. I am in the process of filing a complaint with FINRA.
