I went through the drive through at this location and for whatever reason my card would not read in the machine. It just kept beeping telling me I was putting it in incorrectly however I knew that was not the case. I got frustrated with it and just went inside the branch. Most branches usually have a machine just inside the door however not so at this location. This location is kind of posh for a bank. I felt like I was in a corporate building. The atm was located near the teller line as a free standing machine. I was kind of shocked by that. I was greeted in the bank and asked if I needed anything or was everything ok as I left. I told the young lady what happened outside and she apologized. I was good.

I deposited a Cashiers Check from Wells Fargo to open a new account at Chase Bank. When I…read moredeposited it, the slip indicated that there was a 9 day hold on the check (A CASHIERS CHECK FROM WELLS FARGO - not a personal check). I questioned the hold and was told by the manager that he would get the hold released the next day if it was not released. The next day it was not released. I went back to Chase and was then told that they could do nothing - that Chase was going to hold the CASHIERS CHECK for 9 DAYS. This is totally WRONG!!! BEWARE OF BANKING WITH CHASE.

I had to pay my car insurance deductible a few days before pay day, and needed the payday advance. Ayanna was extremely friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen and to explain the options. She put up with me while I explored my options last minute and didn't try to rush me into the decision. They called in advance of the payment drafting to make sure all was good, just in case anything had changed. It was difficult to swallow that I paid $101 in fees to get my deductible amount only a few days before payday...but the pay back process was easy. I paid the full amount back on my paycheck and it was auto drafted from my account. If anyone is ever in need of something like this, I highly recommend them. PS- I used them because they were the ONLY payday loan place on Google with 5 stars. I wanted to make sure that the first time would be a good experience and not some sham. I'm glad I checked around!
