I'm reviewing this place for the location. There are several Cash stores around the Houston's and outside of Houston are but this one here is a good one to go to if in need. The customer service and the employees are greet, they are very personable. They get to know you on a first name bases so when you come in it's like you are talking to your friends. So cash spots are very cut and dry when dealing with customers but this place right here will make everything comfortable and smooth sailing. read more

I agree with Marcia's review. This place is great! I had to take out a loan very quickly and the employees here made things go so smoothly. I made a call before going in and talked to Beverly, the manager. She was so nice from the minute she answered. After talking to her about the application process, I seriously felt like I was chatting with a friend. When I went in, I worked with Sandra and she was very friendly to me and my son. I was able to get everything taken care of in around 30 minutes. I like the way the store is so secure. You have to ring the bell to be let in. You can't just open the door and walk in and that's something very important for a store like this in the location it's in. This review is strictly for the store. I don't think I could ever get a loan from here again because the interest is enough to make you lose your mind, but that's not the employees' fault. You should definitely give this place a try if you're looking for something quick and easy. read more

Courteous and helpful staff at this location. I was fortunate to pay-off two loans quickly with no more than three payments made for each loan. When I made my last payment, one of the staff insinuated that I was able to do so because I gambled to get the money for the early pay-offs. I did NOT appreciate that erroneous assumption. I didn't want to be a long-term victim of predatory lending, so I committed large portions of my paycheck to get off this hamster wheel of interest and debt. read more
