I decided to do some more searching on my own and found statefarm to be cheaper and have more coverage. We changed coverage to statefarm. The statefarm agent asked them to cancel our service. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

We'be been good customers until we sold our home and had a seizable refund coming. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other.
