I decided to do some more searching on my own and found statefarm to be cheaper and have more coverage. We changed coverage to statefarm. The statefarm agent asked them to cancel our service. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other.
