The tellers are all extremely nice, efficient at their job, and create a great banking atmosphere. I've seen countless volatile situations arise and quickly be put out by the competent staff. I really feel assured about the quality of my banking because of this branch. As a whole I cannot speak for Wells Fargo, but from my angle it looks great. So far everything I've been told has been accurate about my account. The programs I've enrolled into and the promises made about my account have all come to fruition. My wife even had a good experience getting a fraudulent charge reversed on our account. My only advice about this branch is know the date/time you are going, as that can make the difference between a 5 minute banking time and a 25 minute time.

I know it's my fault for taking the loan but when I spoke to who I believe is the manager at the Pima street location in Tucson, he kept telling me "you agreed and signed the contract" with no sympathy whatsoever These places are no good people. Please try taking out a personal loan online. You can choose your interest rate and it's not confusing like Checksmart. Never again will I get a loan from them. if you do take a loan out at a place like this, please read the contract and have it explained to you until you know all the details.
