When I asked about getting a registration loan she told me "well it's gonna be a minute" (keep in mind there's no other customer in there but me, plus another employee in the back she seemed to be laughing with in the back.) I honestly just walked out of there why would I consider getting a loan there and having to deal with that kinda customer service until I pay it off I will be going to another location hopefully I'll have better luck there.

My mom has been coming here for years to pay her bills and there hasn't been a problem until…read morerecently. On 12/13 a woman at the counter (the receipt for the transaction says Tania so I believe that is the employee's name) takes my mothers payment of $80 (so 4 $20 bills) and says they need a $3 payment processing fee. So she hands her another $3 and leaves after getting her receipt. The woman had a poor attitude and made it very clear she had no interest in helping my mother out and didn't even seem to want to be there at work at all. Later, we notice that out of the $83 we spent, only $23 was applied to the bill and the receipt says we received $57 of change. Why would we hand over 4 $20 bills if we only wanted to pay $23? After catching this mistake we returned to Ace to ask for a refund since we were not handed any money back during the first visit. We were then told to wait 5 days as they reviewed the cameras and they would call us back which was no problem. Then after 5 days we return to talk to the manager and he says that he will need until Monday to review the tapes and he would call us back then so we wait until Monday but unfortunately we missed his call by a couple of minutes. We tried contacting them multiple times minutes after that missed call but there was no answer and we received no call back. We returned the day after Christmas to speak to the manager and he informs us that they reviewed the tapes and "saw no signs of anything wrong" and that there was nothing that could be done to refund us the $57 that was taken from us. After asking him multiple times if, during the video, he saw Tania hand us a refund for the transaction he would look away and would just repeat "we saw no signs of anything suspicious" without ever directly answering the question. Not only that, he said that since we had waited so long after the first transaction to seek compensation that we were essentially at fault (keep in mind we were told to wait 5 days for them to review the tape once we first came back to investigate what happened, then after the five days we returned and were told to wait another 2 days until Monday for the manager to review the tape, and then the next day they were closed for Christmas). There needs to be a better policy in place to ensure situations like this don't happen again or are at least appropriately compensated after the mix up. At least let the customer who has been ripped off have the opportunity to review the tape as well with the manager to ensure that they are actually being heard and not having their money stolen from them.

Got a title loan several months ago because of a family medical emergency. They say the interest is…read more6% monthly but when you add that up it is 72% APR which is still a predatory loan. There is no way to pay your monthly payment online and they just started charging a fee for debt and credit card payments over the phone or in person without notifying current customers or disclosing it on their web site. I'll be paying off my loan in full ASAP with a credit card to avoid any more shady surprises and the predatory APR.

I explained my side of the story and he listened 100%. Not only was I shocked that the manager had reached out in regards to a review to try and fix the concern, ​but he understood where I was coming from on a customer/client perspective. He verified that my account is set to do what I had envisioned going forward given overdrafts, and he explained the differences when a transaction would not qualify and an overdraft would have to be charged. Great communication, friendly and definitely a keeper for the OneAZ community given my interaction. Thank you, again!

There are 4 ATM's on the premises. Two of them are drive up ATM's. Using them can be a real pain sometimes, since they are situated one after the other, which can make it difficult for traffic to move through quickly since people are afraid to use the further ATM if the one behind it is being used. The other 2 ATM's are for walk on's which can be a lot faster, though less safer, than the drive up ones. They are both extremely easy to use. As for the service inside, it is a typical Bank of America branch. The service is inconsistent. There is a lot of turnover at this location for some reason, which lends to having some workers who are more easily trusted than others when it comes to certain types of banking.
