I am 69 years-old and have been to innumerable professional entities over the course of my life. Cashion Dental is far and above the most remarkable experience I have ever had. I am a true weenie and do not like pain or discomfort; nor do I care for roughness or poor attitudes. You won't receive anything negative from the team at Cashion Dental. From the moment you walk in the door as a new patient, you are welcomed and shown kindness. Every aspect of this operation reflects the latest technology in a pristine atmosphere of stellar quality. Procedures and costs are thoroughly explained, and questions are patiently answered. I was immediately at ease. I left aglow. Dr. Cashion is a gentleman and a gentle-man. Would absolutely NOT recommend to go here for Invisalign treatment. I ended up choosing Cashion Dental because they were a little cheaper than the other places in town to get Invisalign. This should have told me something, but being a college student at the time I was looking for a cheaper option as I did not think Invisalign treatment would differ much from one dentist office to the next. I was very wrong. I went into this treatment telling the dental assistants and Dr. Cashion that I had one year left in College Station and would be moving to the DFW area after that. They assured me this was no problem, and if I was still in treatment, Dr. Cashion knew people in the DFW area that he could transfer me to if necessary. I began treatment and they told me I had to change out my trays every two weeks, extending my treatment months longer than they originally told me. I was fine with this, as I was in a vulnerable stage in my life dealing with a lot of tooth and mouth pain. I was under the impression they were providing my Invisalign treatment as any other dental office would do. Flash forward to when I graduate, a little over one year later, and am still in treatment. This again did not bother me, as they mentioned it may take longer but I was grateful Dr. Cashion knew someone in the area I was moving to. I went in to his office to see what could be done about switching me to a new dentist, and that is where everything fell apart. They were very short with me in person and said that they would look into dental offices in DFW and get back with me. I waited for a few weeks after I moved out of College Station and heard nothing. When I got hold of them after the move, they informed me that I would need to find my own Invisalign provider, even though they supposedly knew some dentists well in the area, and did not help me at all throughout this process. Which I would not have expected them to do so, if they did not previously tell me that they would. Once I found a new Invisalign provider I called them to inform them of my previous Invisalign provider, and to get my payment and whatnot transferred to the new office, as I was told would be no problem. My new dentist called me saying that he spoke with Dr. Cashion and his team and they told him they would not be able to give him the remainder of my Invisalign treatment payment, again, even though at the beginning of my treatment I stressed that I would be moving out of town within the next year. After all of this nonsense, they ended up giving my new dentist part of my original payment, so that I did not need to pay any more money to this treatment, that I had already paid in FULL, before I even started the treatment. I still do not understand this, but it was so dramatic and ridiculous that I just let it go and continued my treatment under a new dentist that has been upfront and kind to me throughout the entire process. After having to order new trays and go through what was basically a whole new treatment from beginning to end, I am finally through with Invisalign after 2.5 years. I was lied to and the procedures were not made clear to me, and I am not sure if it was accidental or deceitful. But nothing here was handled properly, and they never reached out to me after this fiasco to explain anything so I can only assume the latter. Very disappointing experience. read more

Dr. Cashion is a good dentist and does good work. However, I found the staff to be rude, especially when I emailed them about a bill discrepancy. Also, at both of my appointments I showed up at the front desk which was vacant for about 15 mins. leaving me standing there without speaking to anyone about my appointment. read more

Love this office. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. The office is clean...and compared to other dental offices I've been to...seems to have the most up to date equipment. They have tvs and headphones for you to watch while having dental work done. Both the dental hygienist (forget her name) and Dr. Cashion are very informative and explain any questions with detail. This office makes going to the dentist not so bad...if that's possible ;) Will continue to go here and recommend to others. read more
