From the cold, dismissive front-desk reception to a physician who barely acknowledged me, this visit felt rushed, impersonal, and careless. I was subjected to a scope that lasted no more than 30 seconds and was presented as if it were simply part of a standard office visit -- only to later be hit with a $310 charge that was never disclosed or discussed at any point. I left without answers, without a treatment plan, and with a surprise bill that felt deliberately hidden. There was no transparency, no informed consent regarding cost, and no communication before the charge appeared. I felt ignored. I felt taken advantage of. And I felt like a billing opportunity rather than a patient. Please learn from my mistake and take your ENT care somewhere that values communication, transparency, and basic respect for patients.

Just like most people these days I turned to Facebook & Twitter to find out who was the best ENT in NorthWestArkansas and Dr.Manning's name was mentioned multiple times and Dr. Felicia Johnson was a very close second. I called his office immediately to setup a consultation and he was booked two months out which I thought was a good sign. Located in Springdale (Harbor meadows) the building was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking when I get there even though it was packed inside. The young lady at the front desk had me fill out some information and I proceeded to wait for 30 mins or so until my name was called. They actually called me back about 5 mins past my scheduled appointment time which isn't bad considering how busy the place was. The facilities are very nice and clean, they seem to pay close attention detail based off my observation. I found Dr. Manning to be personable and extremely knowledgeable, he also did a great job of explaining things in lemans terms after speaking professional jargon. My wife was very impressed with him and he did a great job of walking her through the challenges I would experience after surgery. First forward to my surgery ... The procedure was done on the 3rd floor of the Jones building in Springdale which is located behind Northwest Medical Center. I had to sit down with an accountant to fill out paperwork, she was very friendly and encouraged me to pay my balance up front to save 10%. ALL of the nurses that I worked with were so awesome they made me, my wife and mother all feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. They even wheeled me down to the car when it was time for me to go, I hope I never have to get another Septoplasty but if I do I'll for-sure go back to Dr. Manning for sure.

That is why I took him there. His nurse assistant prior to getting the doctor and after hearing me say that we were there to schedule time for tonsils removal. Told me as a parent of a juvenile that I my opinion did not matter straight to my face. Well rather than jump down her throat and raise hell I told my son we are leaving. I don't ever want to see that lady on the street I tell you that would be bad for her. I will never take my family there ever again and I don't recommend you take yours there either. The assistant put me into a room to make their office look good (LESS WAIT TIME) so next patients will not just walk off. I waited 1 hour inside his exam room. I have bought hearing aids through them, which are out standing. Its easy to drop by for cleanings and appointments are scheduled quickly. The same goes for their allergist. She gave some alternate treatments to help with eczema (ears) and it actually has improved my hearing as well. It was a truly fortunate day when I decided explore their services.
