They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.

When she went to get her money back, the lady said I need your card. I did not pay with a card; I paid cash, and here is my receipt. I asked for a manager, and she was rude, saying it was over 10 dollars and she needed my driver's lic. The lady I was returning the item to was of Hispanic descent, and my mother could not understand her very well. The manager, Lisa, said we are an equal opportunity employer. Hmmm, my mom didn't say anything about the race, but the manager did. Never been racist a day in my life. SO if Lisa is not the manager, then she is claiming to be one. Upgrade your team, because this was a horrible experience for an 80-year-old. Way to lose customers.

Who knew you shouldn't gatch them with your bear arms? The farmers had a sink we could use but that wasn't good enough, and we'd already checked out of our hostel, but luckily it was a shared bathroom with clean showers, so I came to Walmart to buy towels so Mom and I could sneak back in to the hostel and clean the fuzz off. Walmart had a set of two thin pool towels for $6 and which was priced right for me. We also got a bar of soap, which you'd be surprised to learn they don't have a lot of (I guess everyone does body wash instead)? Using the app I found the towels easily and it was a quick in an out, which I really appreciated. The Walmart was gigantic, which I guess most are. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it's a Walmart and there's nothing special about that.

This has been my experience over the past 2 years with this pathetic, poorly run business, that…read moredoes not care one iota for all of its local rural customers. Latest example. Prescription sent to this pharmacy on 10/27/25. Patient called pharmacy on 11/7/25. As always, pharmacy has nothing pending. But when begged to double check, oh, they found it was received on 10/27/25. Pharmacy tech will now start processing (on 11/7) and technician will call me later with update. 11/8 through 11/14 patient has received no call. Patient called daily during this time to get status. No one answers. Or they answer, put you on hold, then disconnect you. Patient calls back, no answer. All of this during their "open" business hours. Completely dysfunctional, horrible, zero customer concern or service. If I had a better local option I would never go again. Once this one gets filled, if it ever does, I will be permanently switching to mail order. DO NOT give this terrible business, owned by Apurva Patel of East Wenatchee (who also does not answer the phone or return calls) any of your hard earned money or business they simply do not deserve.

No, no problem with her. Any issue with me? Im not a criminal or anything so no, no problem with me. He said I should get it filled locally, not up there. I told him the story that I had to fill there due to the prev. nurse getting in trouble. Even though she has been replaced by my doctors office, her damage still resonates thru the pharmacy community. I can no longer suggest this pharmacy, you never know when someone there will "get a bad feeling" about whatever... a skittish bunch these pharmacists, I would have thought that facts would matter to them.
