The Ellensburg pharmacy has always been great and the store was nice too for many years. But it has reduced inventory for the past year or more and most of the shelves look bare. There are "CVS Coming Soon" banners out front. read more

I went to Rite Aid immediately after our doctor appointment. The pharmacy had not received the prescription yet and it was just over an hour before closing. I had my two young children, one of them a sick baby, and feared I wouldn't be able to get the medicine until the next evening. The pharmacist very graciously offered to bring the medicine to my house once the prescription came in and she filled it, so that I didn't have to stand there and wait with two tired and sick little ones! She went out of her way and saved my a lot of time and effort. I'm incredibly thankful! read more

A big store right on the main drag. A little pricey but they have a different selection than Fred Meyer's.

Prices are misleading and expensive. Products I bought were 2 for 5 and came out to be five dollars each. I would suggest going to Fred Meyers or Safeway instead. read more

I agree with most of the reviews of this pharmacy. It is high priced and not helpful. The staff behind the counter remains isolated and seemingly uninvolved with the customers who are usually in the line. I have felt far better support at the Downtown Pharmacy in Ellensburg or at the Rite Aid pharmacies on Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo in western Washington. read more

The pharmacist gave incorrect information to our insurance company so our pharmaceutical benefit was declined.

I had to pull the pin on getting my prescriptions filled here. It has gotten progressively slower. The last time just to make sure I wanted to leave this pharmacy, I called the prescription in 2 days early. I used the automated system. Then the next day I called to confirm the prescription refill and talked to a person and asked if my husband could pick it up. When he stopped in to get it, guess what - it wasn't ready. My prescriptions have not been ready the past 5 times I have gone it, I'm over it. This pharmacy doesn't have a drive thru either. There was one pharmacist (an asian guy) who seemed nice but other than that no one stood out as being friendly. Also in the store they do seem to make an effort to say hi when you walk in, but then when you go to check out somehow they have all disappeared. A very strange Rite-Aid indeed. read more

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I used a rite aid in a different town for two years with no issues. This rite aid consistently forgets or otherwise makes mistakes with refill requests and blames the doctor. read more

I find the cashiers technique of bouncing between two cash registers, helping two customers at once to be incredibly rude and inefficient. Never have experienced this at any other store ever! why not give each customer your 100% attention then move to next customer. Cashiers have made so many mistakes on my orders and are so distracted I've stopped going to the store. read more

I gave it two stars because I find the workers to be very helpful and kind. But the pharmacists are incredibly rude. They never acknowledge anyone standing in line, they are always short and sarcastic. I've had multiple times where they treat me like I am plain stupid. Some of the worst service I have ever had. And that is coming from someone who works in customer service and generally has a lot of patience. read more
