I told him the story that I had to fill there due to the prev. nurse getting in trouble. Even though she has been replaced by my doctors office, her damage still resonates thru the pharmacy community. I can no longer suggest this pharmacy, you never know when someone there will "get a bad feeling" about whatever... a skittish bunch these pharmacists, I would have thought that facts would matter to them. It's only open three days a week, which is unfortunate as those days were often my busiest with class and work. The staff team is very friendly, but seem to have a limited knowledge of the system they are using because they split their time between this location and other practices. I have waited anywhere from half an hour to well over two hours to see a physician. Inevitably, there is always some miscommunication with my insurance, which means I must return at another date and time to sort it out. If any other doctor's office had this much dysfunction I would certainly give them a much lower rating, but their services are essential and cheap and very necessary in a town like Ellensburg with so many college students and people who need affordable healthcare. Even with all of these problems, they have provided me with much needed help and taken away a lot of the stress I would have dealt with otherwise. Their judgement-free assistance is something many doctors should aspire to. Finally, aged protesters with nothing better to do on a Tuesday afternoon like to huddle in the parking lot next door and harass young people who happen to walk nearby. This location does not actually offer abortion services, only referrals. It's a hassle and has always made me uncomfortable. Sometimes people like to pray outside across the street as well. It's a little ridiculous and I hope there will be more counter protest activity in the future to dispel these people from bothering patients in the future.

Tiffany, who handled my call and then needed to call me back, did so promptly. I was so sure I was right about this. So I grabbed up my prescription and past prescription bottles and went to the pharmacy to meet with her (Tiffany). The upshot was that I had ordered the generic just so I would have a back up in case I couldn't get the real deal. Tiffany was so kind and patient with me. I think I might actually give her flowers at some point soon. It's really hard not being right! Anyway, judge this business by your own experience because we are all human and have off days. My experience was very good.

Another thing I like about this pharmacy is that I can refill my prescriptions online, even though it was a bit of a hassle to set up, it is much more convenient then making a phone call and it sends refill requests automatically, which is awesome. It's also cheaper. I get rewards points for gas when I pick up my prescription and discounts on them, which I never got from any of the other places in town. Definitely one of the best pharmacies I have experienced in my life.
