I can't recommend Casino Knights enough. My son turned 21 during Covid so when you can't go to Vegas you bring Vegas to you. Dorothy was very responsive and very friendly and answered all my questions. The people who cam to set up were very respectful of covid precautions and were very friendly and explained everything we were getting and how it worked. (Because of covid we chose just to rent the tables and were our own dealers). We had ages from 12-94 playing and enjoying themselves. It was the best party we have ever had! read more

The blackjack table was a hit!!! It kept everyone drinking and playing all night long. The final prize was a mini vacation trip that was supplied by Casino Knights (which I could have kept, but wanted it for my guests). This prize was such a surprise, because it was not mentioned during in any emails or in contract. I totally enjoyed working with this group from the very first email! Dorothy handled everything and was prompt and courteous - which is so important when you are setting up an event. I love that they are local! The night of the party, the crew showed up and we are on the 3rd floor. We had a roulette wheel and 2 black jack tables. It was a party that the company I work for threw, and Casino Knights delivered with a staff of dealers and bartenders who were not just content to do their job, but really had fun with us! I would like to say Casino Knights are FANTASTIC!! Right from the start with planning our event with Dorothy. The dealers were very professional all dressed just like at a real Casino. They came on time to set up. They knew where to put all the tables and make them work. We originally wanted 2 black jack tables to go outside, but the weather wasn't having it. Dorothy and her team at Casino Knights is absolutely incredible. I write this after having used them a second time for a casino themed party. Our first experience was for our wedding reception. Casino Knights provided black jack, craps, roulette and poker tables for a party of about 100 people. The delivery of equipment, arrival of dealers and overall flow of the party was perfect...seriously, I would not have changed a thing (which as a bride, is hard to say!). Most recently, we used them for our 2015 NYE party. Much smaller scale for this event (only black jack tables) but our friends/family couldn't stop raving about how fun it was. Dorothy worked with my VERY last minute planning and once again delivered an incredibly memorable party. ALL of the dealers (at both functions) were fun, helpful and knowledgeable; plus, they dress in suits and bowties to make the feel even more like Las Vegas. I give would give this company no stars on the lack of professionalism, but yelp had me pick just one to post this. I called to get info for my husband's 30th birthday, I never booked anything w/them, just asked for a price quote. The Executive Assistant to the CEO & President of this company has been harassing me with e-mails. They were sending me e-mails to "confirm" my husband's event, but I never booked anything to confirm. Prior to that all of his e-mails stated that he could give me a better rate to book Chris's event, but that the original date that I had wanted was booked. I opened up one of his e-mails stating I need to respond to him so that they can release my date if I am not going to use it. I responded back by apologizing that I had not responded sooner, but i didn't book anything officially with their company and that I am not going to need their services and thanked him for the follow-up. This person who has been e-mailing me is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of this company. He e-mailed me back saying that any response would have been nice, and that "being ignored is rude". I wrote back to him saying that I am sorry that he thought I was being rude, but there was nothing for me to respond to. I had not booked anything and financially I can not afford their services. And after the last e-mails I had received if I was potentially thinking about using their company or referring them to any of my friends that it all just went down the tubes, and that i did not need to receive a response back to my e-mail Word for word this was the response I received back from him, it is up to you if you want to do business with someone who treats people this way: Jade: We are the number one company in our industry for nearly 40 years in six counties of Southern California and three other states. Trust me when I say that one bad word has never affected us- all we wanted was respect with a phone call or Email- ANY RESPONSE would have been nice after months. You neglected to do any (even call), therefore we probably would not want a client who does not respond- it takes too much time. And if your friends are responsive such as yourself, please don't share because we like responsive people. After 39 years with a highly successful business, we get exhausted with follow-up that people do not have the courtesy to respond. People such as this are rude, period. Thanks for your thoughts and you take care. A response is appropriate when someone asks for it.
