After some initial discussion, Casey from Venture Yours was assigned our point person, and been he's awesome throughout the entire process! We chose the complete management option and everything has been very hands off. Once everything was signed and insured, and after we picked a start date, they came to do a photoshoot for our listing. It's been a few months since we've started, and I don't regret going with Venture Yours. The only thing we do now is coordinate with them to make sure our schedules don't conflict, and I'm told they're in the process of getting a portal up and running soon. They're a great company in Long Beach, and if I had another property, I'd go with them again in a heartbeat.

We loved the unique location on the "walk Street" (located on a sidewalk, not a street) within Venice, and enjoyed not having to get in our car all weekend as we went to various shops and restaurants within walking distance. When we realized this about a month before our vacation, we called the company and they refused to give the deposit back, claiming it was not their responsibility. Since being introduced to vacation rentals back in 2012 I refuse to stay in hotels when traveling…read more I came across Globe Homes through a recommendation from a friend, who had stayed in one of their downtown properties for about a month for business. I was happy to hear this vacation rental company had homes to rent in Anaheim near Disney. I wanted to plan a weekend getaway with my family so I contacted Globe and spoke with a representative. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were for a two night stay, compared to a small hotel room, for a house with a pool, game room and kitchen privileges, not to mention walking distance to the actual park. After making our arrangement with reservation's I was able to speak with the Guest Service Manager, Nicole, who answered all my questions and eased any worries I had. Since I have a little one she offered to put a portable crib (pack-n-play) in the unit and make sure there was enough towels for both the bath and the pool. The amount of follow through and updates that I received before I actually arrived was so refreshing through a customer service standpoint. Once my family arrived we had a tad bit issue with the air conditioner and cable box (mainly because I don't watch much TV at home) but as soon as I called the office they sent a guest service rep, Nick, over to help. He was able to walk me through the steps and show how to reset the cable box and wifi router if any issues happened in the future, which they did not. The AC did have trouble and needed a tech which was unable to make it during our visit. Honestly though Globe provided several floor fans and the house already had ceiling fans so the temperature was really not an issue. Not to mention we were at the Parks all day. Long story short....my family had a blast and are already planning another Disney trip with Globe Homes. I wish they had properties all over because after our amazing experience I don't want to stay with anyone else. Thank you guys for the memories!!!
