One side of the chair has ripples all down the side. The legs are not put in at the same distance...all different. When they were questioned, they said we had a chance to inspect......in a dark warehouse with the chair still partially wrapped in plastic. Do not believe anything they tell you.....they will turn around and say that you are lying. They talk a great game when you are there and they want your business.....once they have your money, you are the liar and there is no customer service. I called today, June 20th and was told by 3 different people, 1 being a warehouse manager named Jessica at this Leon's location (supposedly) that I can MAYBE expect my sectional by August or September and if I don't like it, I can cancel my order or go into the store and buy something else. I don't understand why I was quoted so many different estimates? Where are these people sourcing these dates and getting this info from? Supply chain issues have been ongoing for many months now and Leon's sells lots of furniture everyday. Leon's should be analyzing the data and feedback and provide customers with a more realistic estimate at the time of purchase so that customers can make an informed decision.
