But do know that after you buy the mattress, you are no longer a possible commission and the customer service is none existent. We went in after we bought out mattress and pillows to see if we could exchange a pillow in the box, with all paperwork, in the plastic wrap (slightly open), and they refused to even look at the pillow. We were quickly turned away and told the pillows were not refundable and there was nothing we could do. If I was to just buy the new pillow, it was $209. The pillow I bought was thrown in at $1 due to buying a mattress. So yeah.... Don't expect much from the store once you're no longer a possible commission. No sympathy, no "im sorry", no care at all.
