We were referred to Cassady Law Offices by a friend, we filled out a client information packet, and dropped it off at the Henderson office located on W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, Nevada and we were given an appointment to meet with an attorney. On 06-03-2025, we came in for our appointment with Cassady Law Group to update and transfer our Will, Living thrust, POA and Medical directives. Front desk staff member Ashley was very friendly down to earth; she was able to coordinate our paperwork and we met up with our new attorney. I found Cassady Law Offices on the Nextdoor app. I called the office I was greeted by a friendly Alivia (Tall long black hair and very pretty) upon arriving for the initial consultation, Alivia greeted myself and partner with a good morning and her name, she is friendly and professional her impression set well with us. Jason greeted us, he is very professional, we went into a conference room with his service fur baby "Bandit" I wanted to pet him so bad but read the do not not pet on bandits service collar. Jason went over our information for our trust, he then escorted us to the front lobby where Alivia assisted with her kindness and professionalism on two occasions that I called the law offices I did have one person that was not very nice, she works at the front desk, short black hair, I called the office to maKe sure they received the initial information packets she was very short with me on the phone, I did not appreciate that because the first time I sent the papers they had not been received I wanted to maKe sure that they received them. The second time I received a call the gal with short black hair called as a reminder for our appointment she asked for Linda, I said my name sounds like Linda but it's Sinda S as in Sam, she kinda snickered and said ah ok but in a very short tone a condescending tone then hung up. Cassady Lawyers are the best when it comes to estate planning and setting up wills, powers of attorneys, etc. We were in two weeks ago and changed the executors on our wills because of deaths in the family and they were so thorough and efficient with the process of making names were changed on all of our various docs. Getting ready to put our copies in the safe deposit box I noticed that the spelling of one of the executors first names was wrong so I took it in this past Thursday and talked to Zanna at the front desk and explained my situation. She said "no problem", took the correct name and asked in I could come back in the next day because our original will was in their vault and they would have to get it out. I went back and Zanna helped me again and in just a few minutes had everything straightened out and I was on my way with my new, corrected copies. Almost 5 yrs ago I sold my property and I didn't want to put the money into the bank and I really wanted to invest but didn't know where to go and i googled and made a appointment with one of the investors in the bank but didn't feel right with the stranger. Really distressing and disappointing. We are living in divisive times. I believe it's important for professional offices to remain politically neutral. When we arrived at the office, Fox Business was blarring on the TV, featuring Grover Norquist's far right economic opinions. We noticed all the employees had American flags-not pins, embroidered patches-on their uniforms. The attorney we were to meet with greeted us wearing a short-sleved shirt made of a full-size American flag-great big stars and stripes. He does get the award for most unprofessional garb seen in an office and for the most in-your-face political atmosphere. If you want professionalism and focus on business at hand, this is not the office for you. read more

I needed to update my will. I missed the first call over the phone because they only gave me a 2 day slot with no times. I asked for a specific time. I scheduled a day at 2:00 p.m. I was sitting by my phone for 40 minutes. No call. I called the firm. The woman who answered the phone said the paralegal had called me and left a voicemail. Not true at all. I do not recommend this firm at all. I do not appreciate being called a liar in a roundabout way as well. read more

Never use Cassidy, unless you want your family broken and end up in court!! We sat down and decided who would be in charge of the trust, my oldest sister. They wrote the power of attorney correctly, but when it came to the Trust they put all beneficiaries, as executors, we had three executors, and not understanding the law had my mother sign. After my mom passed then we realized there were three executors that's when the fun started. They also refused to take our calls and blamed my mother. They have cost us sooo much money, it's incomprehensible. Please tell friends and family stay away!! They should have the license removed after mistakes like this!! read more
