My wife and I had relocated from southern California to the Las Vegas area, so we knew that we should update our existing estate documents (revocable trust, wills, powers of attorney, etc.) to cite and comply with Nevada statutes. Based on the positive reviews here on Yelp, I contacted the Marshall Law Office, and within a couple of days I was on the phone discussing our needs with attorney James Owens. James suggested replacing a few documents with new NV versions, plus the addition of an amendment to our existing trust. I agreed with his recommendations and the price he quoted, so we scheduled an office visit. I had supplied him with PDF versions of our existing documents from CA, as well as answers to a brief set of questions, and he had everything ready when my wife and I arrived. James went over all the details of the new documents with us, one by one, and then had two office staff members come in to witness our signatures. All my questions were answered in detail and then a free telephone consultation was set up to speak with Attorney Sam Marshall.
