I've been here several times and the woman who works the lunch shift is friendly and helpful, reminding you of the specials. The food is always good. The only drawback is that it's a bit more difficult to find than the location they used to have on Broad Street. There are two 3 way intersections here. It was extremely hard to even give 1- star. Second time my pizza was over cooked. One of many times the service at the Fairborn store was worse than poor. After many years of once a week pizza I Won't be returning to the Fairborn store. A family member complains very often of the Xenia stores pizzas having a "undesirable taste" to the pizza, if the "undesirable taste" doesn't soon disappear. Then our orders and spending a Cassano's will cease permanently. The service at the Xenia store is usually excellent. read more

Each time here recently when ordering from this location, the pizza has not at all been worth how expensive it is. 1/3 of one of our extra large pizzas was missing cheese. The other was missing cheese on about 1/3 of it. It was ice cold by the time we got it home, a 5 minute drive because it was all basically just crust. It was so dry. We have had similar bad pizza from here in recent months. It's my daughter's favorite so we keep trying in hopes to get a decent meal, worth $35! And now they also charge for Parmesan cheese. Never did before. When my husband asked for some, they didn't tell him it cost extra, charged him for it and learned it was extra after the fact. I know times are hard but I feel like we once again wasted our hard earned money. read more

Delivery was about on time for what they estimated but the food was only warm and looked like it had sat under a warm light too long. The person pan pepperoni pizza was generous with meat but had no flavor in the sauce, nice crunch, but mediocre at best. The mozzarella sticks were soft... Not crunch on the outside.... Like the were store bought and baked in the oven kind of consistency. Bleh. The bbq boneless chicken bites weren't bad but again not hot and very reminiscent of prepackaged and frozen, cooked and thrown haphazardly in sauce. Perhaps I'm a bit spoiled with my selection of pizza deliveries in my own hometown, but I tried to go with what I believed to be a locally owned establishment.... The quality is lacking especially for the simplicity of light snacks I ordered in hopes of leftovers for tomorrow.... But nope, not interested. Cheap... And it shows, it tastes...meh. read more

I love pizza , whenever I am in fairborn Ohio I find myself coming to this place every single time. I love their pizza. there is something about it that has me hooked every time, not sure if its the think slice or the saltiness of the crust that makes it so addicting. I do love the fact that is thin sliced and cut into party squares. The pizza squares as so small that I do not notice how easy and fast I can eat them in one sitting. hands down one of the pizza places in the area. First of all, let me say that the problem here is NOT with the local business, but the area call center. I placed an online order this afternoon at 1:10. I immediately got a message and an e-mail that said the order did not go through. So I immediately called the area call center (which is the only phone number available). The lady I spoke to was able to read back my order and said that it went through just fine. I wish I remembered her name, but I don't. Over an hour later, I called back wondering where my order was and the guy I spoke to said it never went through. Because I got the email, I understood the possibility. However, I called and whoever this lady was said it was just fine. Either fix your call center or lose business!! You've already lost mine! read more

Bought two loaded pizzas, not cheap but tasteless. The chicken is ground or diced so it does not have any taste. The on line menu is not set up very well, call center leaves a lot to be desired, they should know where the stores are located and where they deliver to. Call center said they do not deliver to our address, store said they probably do. Competitions pizza is substantially better. read more

Ok I live in Fairborn and why I keep ordering from these knuckle heads is beyond me! Well tonight was the last straw! The past month we order a lot of pizzas due to our busy schedules and this is the 4th time and the last time they will ever be called (Please do not yell at the person that took the order they are a call center) well once again another re fix of my pizza how hard is it to make a pizza with pepperoni mushroom and olives! I got a pepperoni red and green peppers? These people evidently can not read or do not have the training! Sounds like management is sleeping on the job! Owners should be ashamed! Geez! read more

Best service the girl that took our order seemed to be having so much fun at her job and that really means Alot. The manager was fabulous he gave us so much great information. We just moved to the area and the staff really helped us out. We found out that we are in the delivery area therefore we WILL FOR SURE be ordering more often. read more

I ordered from this place yesterday and my food was late and it was super oily. I was on hold for at least 15 minutes before someone actually decided to take my order. I asked for plates and non were given to me as requested. The foods alright but just tends to be oily and too much salt. read more

I called the call center at 6:00 pm, at 7:34 I get a call saying the girl couldn't find my house, I live in Fairborn , she was in Eaton, an hour and 1/2 away!The guy that took my call didn't know what he was doing!So, They apologized, sent my pizzas out again, free of charge, 3 hrs later I got my order.. We have been away for some years off & on but always in the back of my mind dwealt my childhood yearnings of Cassano's thin & crispy edges and finely chopped toppings. We were in Dayton in the 90's & found Cassano's to be unchanged but rather salty & then & now have heard the same remark from others; however, at that time someone at work brought pizza from a different Cassano's location & it was the awesome pizza I remembered. We just moved into Fairborn after 12 years away and I visited this location. I spoke with the manager who had been with Cassano's for 50 years!!! We chatted about our memories of the days before all the other pizza joints came along and I told her that I was craving their original pizza. She put in the order and I really didn't expect it to be as it used to be but it was!!! It was like I was starving; I ordered a large because I wanted a lot of the crispy edges and so, I gorged myself on all the edge pieces!! Next day I warmed the rest of the pizza & enjoyed it!
