Went to Rons last week don't remember it being so good ever and we've been here over 30 years it was impressive

My wife and I went to Ron's last night for dinner. We ordered 2 Pabst on draft. The waitress brought them and both beers tasted sour. Waitress came back and we told her about the beers. She took them and brought us 2 different beers we ordered. Then we ordered a pizza and a deluxe steak sandwich . When the food came , after we took a bite of the steak sandwich it tasted freezer burnt. We told waitress and she offered to have another one made but we just asked that she take it off the bill which she did. The pizza was good , no complaints there.I have no complaints with the waitress but it just wasn't a good dinning experience. read more

One of the best pizzas in town. I drive from Centerville to pick up. Crust is thin and crisp. They put plenty of toppings and they are spread all around not piles up in middle. The sausage they use is outstanding. read more

Terrible experience and will not be ordering again. We ordered $50 worth of pizza and our sante fe taco pizza did not come with sour cream and salsa that I paid for. I called to let the restaurant know and the female employee was very rude. She told me they could deliver it after their orders since the food would get cold as our order was not accurate and we live a mile away. She said she would not refund the pizza then called me a bitch and hung up. We used to order from here almost weekly and will not be ordering again. Don't expect them to care if your order is incorrect due to their error. Sadly the food is phenomenal, but the customer service is terrible. read more

Great pizza....LOUSY STAFF. Repeatedly unkind....both ordering delivery AND pickup. My money is too hard earned to spend it where people are unkind. We gave multiple chances thinking it was a bad day, or too many requests for delivery or both...or too many coming in for pickup or someone called off making things stressful. Evidently not, just a bad case of nastyitis. Took time to email what all had happened.... you can't fix what you don't know about. No response. So...np... tons of pizza joints. Stopped into Rons for the first time tonight since I've heard good things about the pizza. As soon as I walked in I smelled New York! The dining area was small and diner style. The lady that was working wasn't too friendly. We got a family size pepperoni, and bacon but onion was added and it was a plus. The pizza crust was think and crunchy, the bacon was thick and I could tell the ingredients were fresh and high quality. It was VERY DELICIOUS! My husband loved it too! I'd give the staff & environment a 3 but pizza a 4.5! read more

I ordered a 13in pizza with pepperoni and I came to get it and it was a 9 in she said that's our 13 I said it's very small for the box she said it was 13 in I put my hand out and it was 9 in she said how to you do that I said from thumb to pinky is a little over 9 in for me can you make me a 13 in pizza like I ordered she said no I said that was sad and left she then said thanks for diner save your money don't buy here read more

We usually get good pizza there. Not this time said it would be an hour for delivery we'll it is Friday so ok. It was an hour and 15 minutes still ok but opened the box it definitely looked like it had been sitting in the car quite a while . Horrible experience here tonight. They are only allowing one customer in the store at a time that was not relayed at the time of order. Arrived to pick up my order on time and had to wait outside for at least 20 minutes after two customers entered the business and WAITED inside for their orders to be completed preventing other customers to pick up their orders that were ready. Management should have advised customers to kindly step outside so other customers could get their orders. Pizza was cold once I picked it up. read more

Wow. Just had this pizza for the first time and it reminds me of Cassanos 30 years ago when it was really good and the beat pizza around.

This is the best pizza ever. I try to get one every time we are close. Cracker crust, great toppings, delicious.

I ordered an Italian steak sandwich and a piece of Oreo cheesecake. I got to the store pleasantly surprised to see that they sell our local pride and joy, Mike Sells! My sandwich was hot and fresh and the cheesecake was a great little add on to finish off my meal! read more

so I posted a review on Ron's Pizza House last week and it took almost a week for them to acknowledge it. Then they didn't try to fix the problem they try to say they aren't responsible for the delivery store. Same company and address I think that is a bunch of bull to me. Glad I'm not ordering from this place ever again. Especially we rarely complain unless it's really bad and this experience was. I guess they outsource their stores. oh then they delete my comment, my husbands and friends because we all have had bad experiences and make the comment that we cant post negative comments . read more

Ordered the rib dinner and received the worse ribs, salad and potato (if it was a potato) ever. We usually have had great food from this store but the ribs were so dry could even chew them, salad was brown and potato was 3 inches and was so hard we couldn't even cut it because of it being cooked or put in a microwave so long. The worst part about this experience is that the manager said that they could only send out what they had and could not do anything about it, was upset because we wanted someone to come back out and take the order back and refund our money. Whomever was working 9/9/17 was the most rude person I have ever had to talk to and kept hanging up on me. Will never order from this place again. read more

Very very good. We had a pizza. Great crust. (Thin) I would suggest this to everyone. I would like to suggest to have paper plates on hand when delivery is requested. Napkins do not make a very good paper plate. read more

Great thin crust Pizza. Been ordering here for years. They produce a good pizza much better than Cassanos

First, I attempted to order a dinner at 9pm. Even though this place was open that evening (Sunday, 2/26/17 until midnight), I was informed that they had just 'pulled down' their dinner items! They have 3 hours of operation yet, but a customer cannot order a dinner! I ordered instead a sub sandwich, a tossed salad (which is SUPPOSED to come with red cabbage and carrots ... for $1.95) with blue cheese dressing, and a baked potato which is advertised as coming with shredded cheddar cheese. The salad came with ONLY LETTUCE (no red cabbage or carrots) and NO BLUE CHEESE. The potato was a shriveled, over-done 'brick,' with NO SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE ... and for that, the consumer pays $2.50! When I called the next morning to complain, Dave, the manager, became defensive and blamed the salad as a 'common' problem with his off-site salad makers. (Evidently, he has 'no control' over those vendors!) He offered nothing as an explanation for the inedible potato. Bottom line he offered NO APOLOGIES for ANY OF THIS POOR SERVICE ... but said, "I'll send you your money for the salad and the potato." UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have received a very nice apology from Dave and a generous refund which was all I wanted when I called to speak to the manager. Today the decision was made to go to Ron's Pizza on Springboro Pike. We ordered "The Heart Attack" with the addition of mushrooms. As soon as it came out of the oven we could smell the deliciousness we were about to devour. When it arrived at the table we could see that they hadn't skimped on the toppings either. I don't know how I lived without this pizza! It was delivered so fast and it was actually HOT! It is literally the BEST PIZZA I have had anywhere, any price. The young man who took my order over the phone was professional and cheery (must be a good place to work) and the girl who delivered the lightning fast pizza on a busy weekend was also a pro. She was so sweet and gracious when I told her to keep the change for a tip (unlike the grunts I'm accustomed to from the other delivery drivers I've encountered). Dayton must have not had this pizza when they voted best of Dayton because this pizza rocks! Fresh, real ingredients. Yummy crust and sauce. And I still can't believe how hot is was delivered. I am a loyal Ron's Pizza fan now and even though we are moving out of delivery range I will still drive to get this pizza. Great job Ron's!!! read more
