The man that came to measure & quote, very nice & no pressure. The installers Sonny & Jeff could not have been better. They were just great. One piece of trim between rooms didn't match, even though it was the color we picked. I just didn't like it. Sonny came back with 2 others & let me pick one I liked better. That was our experience with TJ and Sons Roofing and Remodeling. When a strong storm damaged our roof, we called a roofing company that was highly recommended but never got a return call. Then, based on some positive reviews we called TJ and they were able to repair our roof before expected storms did more interior damage. Terry and his brother Gus were highly professional and actually fixed a few other problems on the roof which we were unaware of. Having dealt with a number of disappointing contractors in the past, these folks were a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend them.

After visiting several counter companies and feeling like none were the right fit I decided to stop by ramsier. I called ahead before visiting and was pleasantly surprised that they had the actual slabs to view. I showed up and worked with the owner to show the layout and come up with an estimate. Then he showed me the slabs. By the second one I knew what I wanted. After that they scheduled a time to template. My cabinets took a little longer so I called and rescheduled the template that was easy to do. On the template day they came out as promised and spent about an hour explaining the process and asking questions to make sure the layout was the way I wanted. It took 2 weeks before they came back to install which was half the time other companies at suggested to me. On instal day they arrived on time and were professional. They took care in keeping the process clean. The installation went great and the counters look beautiful. Communication was great and everyone was nice to work with!

Dual projects were performed in August 2023 projects included as stamped colored patio and driveway. Upon completion concerns for raised due to incorrect color and discoloration blocks. Countless promises were made, no permits, excuses to fix. Submitted to Attorney General with 45 pages of supporting evidence. Finally was determined in 2025. Concrete company determined inferior concrete but would not pay. Loyal Construction said not paying for fix. Tyler offered to correct the patio and driveway for $20,000. No mention on providing a breakdown on 2 projects. Thoroughly researched company and promises were made to help veterans and disable clients.
