Casselberry Towing overcharged me a month ago. I've contacted them three times. Each time they have promised to first bring the refund. And now, on two other occasions have somehow failed to mail my refund. The original overcharge occurred when Progressive Roadside Assistance subcontracted CT to tow me on December 20, 2014. They were 45 minutes late for my scheduled 8am pick up. During my third call inquiring about the delay, a male service rep rudely dismissed me by informing me that his 'driver is a little late and he'd get there whenever he does.' I asked, 'does Progressive know that CT treats their clientele so poorly?' He ended my query when he asked if I wanted CT to cancel the tow. Of course, I needed the service so I followed his final directive to 'just go outside and wait -- maybe you'll see him.' Be forewarned, if you get this male customer service rep, customer service goes his way or no way at all. January 19, 2015 I get the same guy on the phone... :-/ He took my info, again... after yet, another round of the worst customer service I've ever experienced let's see how long it takes CT to refund my $53. #ProgressiveRoadsideAssistance should be informed that I have alternate roadside assistance available for myself should #CasselberryTowing be subcontracted out for any of my service needs. Worst dispatcher/tow truck driver service ever!!! Pep Boys contacted this company to tow a car to their S Semoran location. When dispatcher (Sue) contacted customer they demanded a credit card to pay $100 for towing, even though Pep Boys was paying. Tow truck finally showed up, put the car on the flat bed, and again demanded payment. We told the guy that Pep Boys was paying, as explained to the dispatcher, and the guy said the customer is responsible to pay for 'mileage overages'. He told us we could pay, or he'd take the car off the flat bed. Needless to say, we weren't paying!. He took the car off and drove off in a huff, not even waiting for us to call Pep Boys, or the dispatcher. Told us we 'ruined it.' Pep Boys sent BME Towing next, and they were super friendly, helpful, and efficient!!! read more

My car broke down in Longwood two nights ago. I couldn't move it forward or back it up from where I parked it since the lower ball joint in the front left of the car came loose or was totally broken. I called my insurance company on Mon. night to file the report and to ask to have the car towed to Firestone the next morning. Casselberry Towing handled it for us. This is the first issue I've had with my car since I got it just a little bit more than 5 years ago, so I don't have a ton of recent experience with towing companies or car repairs. This company did a great job, though. The driver arrived just at the tail end of the time frame (9:00-9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 12/18/12) I was given by the insurance company the previous night. The ball joint appeared to be very damaged, so it took the tow truck's driver a little bit of time to get my car onto his flatbed, but he eventually did it and made what appeared to be an extremely difficult job relatively simple. He definitely knew what he was doing. Once we got to Firestone, he got the car down from his truck very quickly and effectively and, as far as I can tell, caused absolutely no damage to my vehicle during any of the process. I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was a cool guy and did an excellent job. Firestone got my car up and running by early Tues. evening, so everything worked out very well. Hopefully I won't have any forthcoming auto incidents in the immediate future, but from this experience alone I know that I can rely on Casselberry Towing. Horrible customer service. My towing was post-pined twice and I had to call to find out. I was hung up on and insulted. I ended up calling my insurance company back and asking them to send a different towing company. I would not recommend this company. read more

OK, SO my van broke down. The serp belt went and I was stuck with my wife, in 92 degree weather. no ac, and no tow truck. This company was dispatched by my insurance company with a 60 minute guarantee.. at 70 minutes I called them to be told that it had only been 45 minutes. I called my insurance, they called Assholeberry Towing and were told that the truck was 10 minutes out. 40 minutes later i called back, the truck was still 10 minutes out. 25 minutes later I called my insurance and told them to use a different company. They all Casselberry Towing and were told the truck was 10 minutes out. RJR towing came and pick me up 20 MINUTES LATER. Why can 1 company make it in 20 minutes and the Cassellberry Towing was 10 minutes out for well over over 70 minutes????? Completely WORTHLESS company! read more

Had flat tire, took it to the shop to get fixed, they did not fix it right as my tire went flat again, I was sick laid up in bed and this company puts a sticker on my window threatening to tow my car in 24 hours, so I took my sick self out and changed the tire called the company and notified them that I had fixed the issue and I wanted them to remove their sticker which is stuck with the likes of super glue to my windshield, they told me that was not going to happen. Seems pretty simple you stick my car you should remove the sticker, but no they want to be assholes about it so I hope karma bends them over and sticks them with no vaseline...punk ass company. read more
