Dust, dirt, and debris were still visible in multiple rooms, and basic cleaning tasks appeared rushed or overlooked. What was even more disappointing was the owner's response when I brought these concerns to their attention. Rather than taking responsibility and willingly offering to return and make it right the owner refused to come back until I removed the negative Google review of which I refused to even consider until the job had been rectified. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out.
