Understanding my frustration and unhappiness about the incident below; I received a call from one of the owners asking how he could right the situation and make me happy. He got a crew out to my home within 2-3 hours and they did a superb job providing the services I requested. I'm very thankful. After the job was done he called me back to ensure expectations were met. Not many companies today are interested in serving their clients to ensure they are satisfied. Wall 2 Wall was great to deal with from beginning to end. They were very friendly in the initial call. They sent me an email the business day before the scheduled date as promised with a 4 hour window. They showed up during that window with a leader and 2 person team. We established the windows to be cleaned and they got to work. They cleaned 15 windows in about 1.5 - 2 hours and left everything in great shape. I would highly recommend them for window cleaning. Wall 2 Wall has been power washing our two-story white house siding every 18 months or so. Their equipment is much more effective than our own power washer, and they use a safe treatment that kills any mold or mildew. Their technicians are always friendly and receptive to any specific instructions. We have used and loved the Christmas Lights and power washing services. The services were so great that we intend to be annual clients for these services. Cat is their customer service rep and is extremely responsive and on point! The one service that did not go as well as we hoped was the gutter guard install. 5" gutter guard was installed in our 4" gutters. We should of have a discussion prior to attempting the project. The gutter guards are functional but cramming a product that is too big resulted in some places where it doesn't look ideal. read more

Paid for exterior and interior window washing... about $700. Job well done except they missed a window. Hired for interior house cleaning. A woman in a bad mood showed up late and then complained I should have ordered a "deep clean" because there was too much to do. No one suggested that when I booked the service and they knew how large much house is yet sent only one person. So next I ordered a "deep clean." 2 hours after they were supposed to show up I get a text that they are running late. I cancelled as my time waiting at home for them was wasted. I rescheduled. The morning of the 2nd appointment the dispatcher calls and says they can't make it. Rescheduled again. This time two women showed up... one without a smile and the other with. After 4 hours they said they were "done" but it was immediately apparent this was NOT a deep clean of any kind, but rather a standard clean done by 2 people at once. Things that should be part of a deep clean weren't touched (baseboards, under furniture, shutters, corners). And things that should be part of a standard clean were not even done. They vacuumed the hardwood (barely, dust was still visible and they skipped the stairs) and didn't mop it. And when I asked them to, they used a thin little mop with nothing but a little water on it. I thought they were supposed to bring all the supplies? If not, I had a closet full of Boniva. No one asked or took initiative. They left dead bugs on the floors in corners and didn't bother to lift up chairs on a dining room rug to vacuum under them. There is dust they left behind on multiple surfaces of lamps, chairs, window sills, baseboards, and under objects. Bathrooms seemed clean but on close inspection they didn't bother to try and remove hard water spots from chrome finishes, or dirty patches on laundry room tile. I gave one of them a roll of small trashcan liners for all the bathroom trashcans. The roll was left out in the living room and all the cans had been emptied but new liners were not put in, causing me to have to go throughout the house and put them in. For $400 I got a lipstick job, which may have worked if I had lost my glasses that day. read more

Baseboard wasn't dusted nor washed after deep cleaning service. The cost was $100 per hour for 2 cleaners. I wanted them to throughly clean so I didn't put price limit and the company said the cleaners will stay until deep cleaning is done. The cleaners stayed 3.5 hrs then tried to leave before telling me it was done. I caught them and asked if it was done, they said yes, but they didn't ask me to check if there is any areas needed to be addressed. After they left, found baseboard was very dusty, shower glasses are foggy, bed was not made right. Honestly I have never experienced this level of low quality cleaning service in the past. I feel that employees were not trained well. Not recommended. read more

They have done pressure washing of my house, deck, pergola, patio, and landscaping blocks (not everything every year) for several years now. Prices are good, and they usually offer a discount for multiple services or other reasons. They have always done an excellent job, without any damage. This past year, the crew missed some of the landscaping blocks around my bushes. I called the next morning, and the lady politely took the information, checked with the crew supervisor, and told me they'd be out the next day to get the missed spots. I switched to Wall 2 Wall cleaning when I needed someone with a more flexible schedule. They have certainly delivered, working with me to find a day and time that meets my needs, not giving me a hard time when I had to suspend service due to other problems with my house. You'll get an email reminder the business day before the service is planned and they're very quick to respond to emails. Extremely reasonable pricing, a nice checklist left with everything they've done during that visit, and the opportunity to provide feedback. If there is anything you want done differently, that is noted and corrected promptly. Best part, they don't charge for an expensive deep clean the first time they just break it up over the course of their first few visits. They also take credit cards and you can set up auto billing, which is a huge bonus to me. read more

We just had Wall 2 Wall to clean our house windows. @ people showed up working on our windows. We did not pay attention when they were working, they seemed to be hard working and polite people, so at the end we even gave they $40 tips. However, afterwards we noticed that they did a very lousy job, they were supposed to clean each window inside and out, including the screens. It turned out that they did not clean the window screens at all. None of the 53 window's screens was cleaned, spider web and dust are still all over the screens. The window track still looks dirty although there are at least signs of being cleaned, just not as thoroughly as they should be. However the screens show no sign of being even touched, they simply took them off one by one and put them back without cleaning them at all!!!! We feel deeply regret for hiring Wall 2 Wall and we do not know how we can our money back or at least partially refunded. read more

We requested several exterior services for our house in St. Charles including cleaning the siding, cleaning the composite deck, and washing the outside of the gutters. They were all extremely dirty. They sent out a guy named Christian. We cannot say enough good things about him. His appearance, professionalism, and standard of work was all top notch. He showed up when expected, very politely introduced himself, and explained what he would be doing to confirm it's what we requested. Then he started working. When he was finished, the house was spotless. He took great care with any items he had to move (furniture on the deck, grill, planters, etc). We have yet to find a spot that he missed. We have had Wall 2 Wall clean our gutters 2 times (second time was a mistake, I had forgotten the experience the first time) and each time the only did a partial job. The first time they did come back and actually clean the gutters but the second time they never even came back. Both time they spent very little time on the job. I have not even had these people to my home and would give them 0 stars if I could. I first scheduled window washing on Wednesday. No one ever came. I called Wall 2 Wall and they could not give me a reason for not coming. I rescheduled for Friday afternoon. On Thursday I received an email saying I had been rescheduled to Friday morning. I regret using Wall 2 Wall services to clean my windows. This service needs a lot of improving. We ordered the standard window cleaning. The windows are still very dirty, especially the window sills. I wish I would have known that when they say they will wipe down the window sills, it is one literal wipe and that is it. I wish I would have saved my $200 and done it myself. They also misplaced a screen on the second floor. Instead of replacing it where it was before, which was on the window that you open, they placed it on the window pane above the window that opens. First of all, this is just careless, this is common sense where this screen would go and they did it wrong. Second of all, this is on our second level, so now we have to climb a ladder to replace the screen to its appropriate place. Again, save your money and either do it yourself, use a different company or maybe try one of their upgraded cleans (although I would still be hesitant). They did have great customer service and communication, so I did appreciate that. Overall seems like a company with nice people, but there is much room for improvement in their services. read more
