I just had my entire exterior of my home power washed by Prestige Power Washing. The gentleman (Mykhaylo) did an amazing job & was very respectful of my property. He worked quickly & efficiently and this poor old 25 yr old home looks so sparkly clean now! The company is run by a husband & wife team. They were great with communicating sending both emails & texts. They kept me updated on when they would arrive, etc etc. They are bonded & insured and sent me documents upon my request. Very responsive. I absolutely am so happy I used them! Such a great job & value for my money! I will gladly refer them to anyone needing this service in my area. My only regret is not taking before pics. My house looks great! On to the next project! read more

Prestige made an appointment to clean my balconies. We confirmed the date and price. Then they called me on the day of the appointment and said the cost was going to be double what they quoted. Then they didn't show up at all. While I never had them do the work, their business performance was pathetic. read more

The owner is Chris. Great guy! I had his company power wash my entire house (Scott did this). We had some moss growing on one side of the house. They did a fantastic job and all of the moss is gone. I also had them power wash my garage floor, the walk going up to my front door and my deck. The results on the front wall were amazing. I will have them do the rest of my walks sometime in the future. I have already arranged to have them strip, stain and seal my deck (Adam doing the deck) and clean my kitchen plant window and skylights. They will also clean all of your windows inside and out and the tracks! Extremely pleased! Highly recommended! Matt did the skylights and plant window today. Spectacular results! Based on the other reviews, I was excited to give this business a try. After not getting a call back initially...and then being cancelled on and rescheduled twice, Larry finally came out to do the job. He complained about everything that he was asked to do (even though we had already discussed the job). He was rude and combative toward me. In the end...I asked him to leave because it was clear that he did not want to be there. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider! read more

Larry and team recently power washed our exterior and did a fantastic job. The north side of our house was covered in moss, and now it looks good as new. Due to a busy schedule that had Larry and the team arrive at our house later than planned, Larry offered to hit a couple of extra areas that we had inquired about at no extra charge. Excelent service and best price I've seen. Came out the day after I called. Two guys came out spoke with me before they started. They were clean cut and friendly. I'm giving them 2 stars, because my initial call was returned within one day. Chris was courteous on the phone and scheduled my window cleaning and power washing for an agreeable time, etc. When the day came, the sky was a overcast and I wondered if they would be by, but no phone call and no show. I called after waiting for them 2 hours and still no return phone call so I will be using another company that I can depend on. read more
