The first two were excellent experiences. This recent fence also looked great at first but we saw serious problems develop including sections that were bowed and sections that disconnected from the posts. They refused to come out to fix the early issues so I figured it was time to give up and get something new. It was only today that I was able to see that our issues were due to shoddy installation. First off, they never removed the old posts but just cut them down. If they encountered difficulty driving a post to the correct depth for stability, they cut the post instead of digging. They also left a fair amount of debris in a stretch of woods behind the house. The new fences was a little less that the GM fence but the price includes digging out the old GM posts and cleaning up the old debris.

When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? We also received a very fast and detailed price quote and once the project began, Damian visited to check its progress and stayed in touch throughout. The team consisting of Mario and Rudy arrived within the estimated time for the materials supply to be delivered and we couldn't believe the amount of work they were able to do on a daily basis. They worked tirelessly and with great detail to to every aspect of our wooden fence installation. They were considerate to the fact that we had dogs and made sure to revolve the job around maintaining a perimeter for the animals security. Fesco did not honor our warranty…read more Fesco fenced our yard last summer. The fence was sturdy and good quality but not what we had expected based on their photo gallery and our discussions. Our project manager, David, did try to make it right, but he was only able to offer minimal changes. We decided to leave it as is. Four months later, the gate lock broke. David sent someone to fix it, but it broke again soon after, and then David left the company. Since then we haven't been able to get anyone to come out and even look at it. We did a temporary DIY fix for a while (literally twist ties) and then made another push for them to fix it. They've been giving us the run around for 8 weeks, saying they'll call me back, they'll pass along my message, they're not going to be in Westchester for a while, etc. We need the lock fixed for the safety of our dog, so we will have to pay another company to deal with it. We chose Fesco despite their prices being much higher than others (nearly 15k for mostly wire fence on a small property) because we thought we'd be in good hands. I regret hiring Fesco.
