The driver has been incredibly rude, complaining about having to get to Florida, that they are making him late, etc. My mother NEVER had contact information for him. He accused my 80 yr old mother of neglecting to call him this morning to tell him that she was "ready" for delivery. I am so incensed with this company right now. I hope today's move in goes ok.

I explained that was not looking for a handyman and he told me he was a licensed contractor. I spoke to him on a Thursday. He was supposed to get a hold of me on Monday to come over in the afternoon to look at what I needed. Everything sounded good. He sounded like he was a responsible person. Today is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and I have not heard anything from him which is very disappointing. When you're dealing with a business you expect that they're going to do what they say or at least contact you to make different arrangements. I guess I'll be moving on to a different company and hope they can fulfill what they say. Very disappointing. The whole point of going through Angi was to try to find somebody reputable that could at least keep an appointment!

Movers contract stated that they would pack and move our belongings we are an older couple…read morerespectively 72 and 87 years old. When they arrived, they had no packing materials except for the boxes we provided. We were left running around madly packing things and carrying heavy boxes What might have been a stressful, but manageable move became a nightmare. At one point, the mover managing the move informed me that all although the contract said, the movers were going to pack, most honest people did all the packing before they got there. Mirrors were put in boxes that they didn't fit in with one sheet of paper between them and other heavy items. There was no organization of the items unless I ran around with stickers labeling the boxes. There was no bill of lading. Many items left behind so we are still cleaning out our house and God knows where my hearing aids are. All in all, an unfortunate experience.
