She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.

Laundry was alright - little rough on the clothes but fine. To me, 4 stars: opted for an apartment building with lower rent and got what we paid for. Got help when needed. Got deposit back.

This Property Management company is responsible for maintaining the landscaping around the common areas of the property I own. I have made several requests to have a large tree cut down over the past few years. Recently my home owner's insurance policy was CANCELLED because of this large tree overhanging the roof. It took weeks of back and forth to get the tree cut down because Mr. Singer asked for proof that Cal Fire has a recommendation for Zone 0 around buildings among other delays/lack of follow through by him and his office. He knew nothing about any Cal Fire fire prevention guidelines apparently and as a property manager, supervising millions of dollars in other people's real estate investments, he absolutely should. I also requested to have two large bushes that beat up against a window and touched my building and left filth and dirt on it removed. Moss grew on the roof because of the large shaded area caused by this tree. When I asked Mr. Singer and the HOA to pay for the cleaning (pressure washing) of the dirt/debris off the part of the building that was affected by the overgrown landscaping and to have the moss removed which can cause much damage to a roof, they refused. Extremely unethical, rude, and negligent. I am still waiting for the Minutes from the HOA meeting - 2 weeks later. All of the one star reviews are correct and this company clearly does not treat either tenants nor property owners correctly.
