Was there for under an hour, super quick and friendly service. I came in with a design and Nancy executed it perfectly. Can't wait to get more sets from her!

Took my daughter (who is homeschooled) to get a pedicure. She's 12, CLEARLY a child, just somewhat tall. They have a special deal for 12 and under to get a "Princess pedicure" that includes a cute little design. I communicated at the counter that she's 12, my statement was acknowledged and we were seated. The girl at the front counter was SO sweet. After being seated and feet into the water, ready to relax, the manager walks over and accosts me regarding her age saying she isn't 12. I assured her she was. The woman confidently tells me she doesn't believe me and demands to see her "ID", which no child holds or has. She requests identification and "proof" of her age over and over again. I let her know she was getting unprofessional and disrespectful, she continued. I eventually just got up and told my daughter I would take her across the street. The woman continued making rude comments all the way out the door. For context sake, the difference she was chastising me over was $10 and there were two other people being serviced in the entire salon. So unprofessional and rude, I am highly disappointed. We have been business owners across the street and own a storefront inside the North Point Mall for over 4.5 years and as a fellow business owner, I am always hesitant to leave a negative review. But this experience was something worth writing about. I would never recommend this location and instead will be directing all business to the new nail salon inside of North Point Mall where Andy is wonderful and his entire staff is kind and friendly.

Best. Pedicure. Place. I stopped in when I was in town visiting family and it was a great pick! Prices were not cheap but it was worth it - highly recommend!

I drove an hour after seeing their special promoted on Instagram and now I see why they are doing the sale. Beautiful salon but no one was in it. I picked a design from their Instagram to ensure it could be achievable... so I thought the lady who tried to do the design got frustrated with me because she couldn't do a design that was on their social media. She said the pictures were "photoshopped" . My nails for my vacation look nothing like what I asked for. I didn't want to cause trouble after seeing how upset she was getting so I just let her continue. The young girl at the front desk was very helpful in trying to give her suggestions. I wouldn't recommend this place and if the owner is seeing this please reach out to me for a full refund. She didn't take time to put quality work out. I had to ask her to cover spots that were missing. I'm not sure if she was new or not as particular as salons I'm use to. Sales and promotions are great but to keep people coming back you may need additional skilled nail techs. The tech beside me spoke up and said they can only get nails 85% like the picture. This looks more like 15% of the picture no type of organization or style at all.

I was looking for a new place to get a pedicure and this place came highly recommended by the local Mom's group. I can easily say I had the absolute worst pedicure of my life. The massage chair didn't work which I understand is a first world problem but it's an added bonus when you do visit a nail place to have the massage. Then I now know why they wear stuff to protect their hands when putting the gel on the bottom of your feet that softens the skin, because it burns like hell. I found this out when it got all over my legs and ankles. My legs are still burning and my ankles look burnt. I got one of the higher level pedicures and it had the jelly substance, which I got to enjoy for all of five minutes before he dissolved it. I had maybe a 2 to 3 minute massage. I got paraffin wax, which was only put on my heels and again. I got to enjoy it for all of two minutes so that was wasted. I'm used to sitting for an hour maybe an hour and a half to get a really good pedicure I was in and out in 42 minutes. And the majority of that 42 minutes was him painting my nails. In all honesty, I was so ready to go and so fed up. I haven't even looked at my toes to see how they look. I won't waste that $70 ever again. Oh and to add to it...I should've looked bc when I got home one of my nails has no polish on it!!!!

This has clearly been neglected for awhile. One of the guys should have to clean this, women certainly don't piss haphazardly all over the toilet and floor. The entire business needs a deep clean.

We came in today for the birthday boy and it was an amazing experience. We came on a Friday afternoon so there was zero wait time. They accommodated 2 pedicures and a deluxe mani all at once. Our pedicurist both were so personable and friendly. The quality of service was great making sure we were satisfied before we left. The prices were exactly as listed on their website which is very well done. I'm not from this area but will definitely come back. I feel my money was well spent. The salon's decor is ups ale and chic. We sat near the fountain which was very relaxing. Is also loved that they served complimentary wine and beverages. Thank you for a great Friday afternoon.

I wish I could have given the Nail Bar more stars but as it can be seen the finished product was a bit messy and uneven. However, the ambiance and customer service made up for it. For sometime I have been looking for a location to have my nails done. I stumbled upon . castle nail bar at the last minute and decided to enter in order to have my nails done for a trip. I thought that it would be too late, but they welcomed me and got me seated immediately. The entire atmosphere and ambience that they have curated is beautiful. They are separate areas for the pedicures as well as manicures and other services that have to do with your hands. Lol. The individuals that completed my pedicure in full set or great customer service reps. The conversation was your best, and they catered to me by not only offering water, but a place to even plug my phone in. Now to the actual service, the pedicure was reasonably priced and came with a scrub as well as massage. The woman that completed it was efficient, gentle, and attentive. Since it was close to closing, they did, the full sat at the same time. The gentleman that worked on my hands was pretty awesome and I wished I got his name. Next time I'll pay closer attention and correct the mistakes (if any) before I leave.

I loved the service at castle. Although I was not offered any drinks, the nail professional was very nice. They gave me insurance on my nails in case they chipped in 7 days, but on the 8th or 9th day, BOTH my thumb and another nail started to chip on the ends. I got gel, so they should have stayed on for much longer. Will most likely not be coming back here.

New, immaculate, masked and careful!! The manager Nyia is very professional, even makes you sanitize before looking and choosing a color ! Everyone is masked that works there and up to you if you want to . They serve wine, beer, soda and water , have I think 12 large screen TV's. It's has plenty of parking (next to TJ Max) and offer 8 different pedicures , SNS, Gel, waxing and tinting. Staff is very good and professional, no one is talking on their phone (employees) and they have a sign that ask you yo turn volume down on cell phone and to please keep it off speaker . So happy my neighbor Kristy told me about it !

My only nail shop that I go to! My favorite people. You get the luxury of having wine/beer while they provide service for you. Bebe did my nails this time. She did amazing with my nails and feet. The pedicure was EVERYTHING!!! She got my in grown to nails and I was so relieved. Just straight awesome. Erica is the front desk receptionist and she's amazing with a great personality. Horrible experience! Came here with my boyfriend was supposed to be a couples day for us and they started on his feet first then lied and told me to sit in the water and soak. They never did my service. When I asked how much longer will I be waiting nobody spoke English.. then finally a young girl said she was ready to start on my feet but she went to the front of the salon and hung out with another employee while I just sat there. Finally I got up and left my boyfriend there and went to the car. Seem very interested in men first and male services only made me wait so long that I finally just left feeling ignored disgusted. Ladies go somewhere else this place is not couple friendly & certainly not woman friendly don't let the nice decor fool you. ***my UPDATE to the owners nasty response *** I stand by my post & thanks for showing all of the public how even more RUDE you can be by subliminally cursing at me on a public forum real smart move & what do you mean by "Your People" as an American thanks for furthering my point you place being not women friendly & now apparently not American friendly. You seem super crazy, rude & Irrational based on your response. As the public we have a right to let you know where you lacked professionalism. Your response to your businesses behavior is just like the lack of service I received at your place ZERO. Happy we found another salon with SUPERIOR services. I came in for a fill in and without being consulted, the technician starting cutting my nails off and saying I had to remove them and get a new set every time I need a fill in. I've never in all my years of nail service heard this. It was just another way to make more money. Now you've lost a client for life! If I could rate them with no stars I would. read more

On my second visit to this location I had the worst service I have ever received at a nail shop where the manager was screaming at me and telling me not to come back because I had an issue with them wanting to charge me $10 more on a short lenth,claiming that it was long I've asked nicely to please do a regular length wit's no charge, the man installed a short length when I called managers attention as to showing me what a regular length is compared to a short length she look like she was upset at me. I was told not to come back in an instant! this happens to African-Americans a lot in Asian establishments if we raise a concern they immediately don't want our business. This establishment do not care for African-Americans patronizing them so I advise us to take our business elsewhere! read more

I came to castle nail bar because I was looking for a quality nail salon in the sandy springs/Roswell area. The first time my husband and I came there, we had a great experience. They were very nice and pleasant. The second time I came to this establishment, I was very displeased. I came to get a fresh full set with gel polish and design. The nail tech I had was very very rude. He asked what I wanted and I showed him a picture. Immediately he said, "We don't do designs." I was so confused because I know they specialize in nail designs. He kept doing my nails and he messed up the shape I wanted, my nails were not even, some nails were longer than the others, and etc. He told another nail tech to do my designs and he got up and left. He didn't try to communicate or fix my nails. The nail tech Anna was so nice and she offered to fix my nails but I had to go meet my husband. Management asked how my experience was and I told him. They offered again to fix my nails for free but my was already over it and I had to go. The establishment is nice to look at but the service is piss poor honestly. I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done there. I ended up get my nails fixed at another location the following day. read more

I had an appointment on December 26 for a full set of SNS when I looked down a couple of days ago I noticed that the edges of each nail was lifting. The cost of my nails were $47 plus tip I called today, January 6, and explain what was going on with Nails. The gentleman that answered the phone said to bring my nails back with the receipt that had the color of the polish on it and they will fix them when I called again to let them know that I was on my way, a lady answered the phone and asked me how many days was it that I've been there I told her it was the December 26. She said they do not honor past seven days. I explain to her that I need them to see the nails when I got to the nail shop, the manager abruptly said that he was not going to do anything for me. The only thing that he would do was give me a 10% discount , after I explain to him why I had to pay again, he called me a cheap explicit and also an MF then he ordered me to get out of his store, pointing his finger in my face and calling me an explicit again I was floored I've never been talk like that before I think that everyone should know what kind of place this is. I don't know if it's because I am African-American and he doesn't know how to talk to people but I paid $104 in totality in that place on the 26 but he called me cheap . read more

The extent of our exchange was which pedicure I wanted and that was pretty much it. Not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but on this occasion it presented more sales/transactional vs. valued customer. I started writing my review mid service, assigning a three star experience at the beginning; however, the young lady at checkout was kind, conversational, and attentive, which encouraged the bump in stars from three to four.
