So I went in about a week ago to get a full set of gel acrylics. I've gotten acrylics for YEARS and they last at least 2.5 weeks. These lasted 3 days. I called them then went in to get a new set. I got a new set for free but only because I told Ken that I refused to spend more money on nails when my first set turned out so bad. I told them I wanted long, skinny, grey coffin nails. I just left and somehow my nails are even shorter than before. They are uneven, not at all what I asked for, and 2 of my fingers are bleeding. I don't have money to throw around, so when I spend $50 on a set of acrylics, I expect quality. My first pair was bad, and somehow these are even worse. The service was terrible and my nails are complete shit. I'm angry, I'm annoyed, and I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

Good salon. Close to the house and they have the liners for the pedicure tubs. Score!! They have a decent variety of polishes and plenty of OPI, my favorite. The staff is friendly and they do a pretty good job. They have two televisions with the home improvement shows on which is always interesting to watch while you wait. Prices are reasonable and they told good care of my daughter, too. The main drawback is not taking American Express so I always have to write a check. No salon can beat my beloved favorite in Buford but that drive is a killer. For now, I'll probably stick here for a while. read more

This is a great salon and I am always satisfied. They are professional, quick, and clean. My nails look great and last a good while with a gel set. The only draw back is their selection of colors in their gel polish. It is more limited than other salons so if you want bright neons, glitters, or some more on trend colors you might be disappointed. read more

Lisa is fantastic! My mom and I have been going to her for a long time, back when she was at Marvelous Nails on Peachtree Parkway. All of the nail technicians are friendly and do a good job. The salon is nice and clean. Pedicure chairs have a nice massage option. Huge selection of gel colors and regular nail polishes - OPI, Essie, etc. When Marvelous Nails closed last summer, we had no idea where the ladies went. Luckily my mom had Lisa's number and we found her at 4 Seasons! Oh and very reasonable prices - gel polish with manicure is only $25. That's the best deal in town that I've found! My current manicure is going on 3 weeks and not one single chip or hangnail. Very satisfied and will definitely keep coming back! read more

Upon entering Kelly greeted me and asked if I had any questions and if I wanted she could help choose nail polish color. While I chose my colors Kathy and Wyat(?) were already waiting for me at the pedi chair. Super friendly! Only called 10 minutes ahead of time and they squeezed us in. Got a pedicure with my sister, very reasonable price! Basically $20-$40ish per person. To remove gel was $7. Very diligent work, cleaned my nails up really well. She somehow could tell I didn't like the color I chose, took it off, and helped me pick another color! Would totally recommend. read more

I've been coming here the last year and a half. I used to go to Queen Nails, but I found their customer service to be terrible, but enough about them. Kelly owns the salon with her husband and they really care about their customers. She has amazing staff, and in fact I don't have a go to person because everyone does a fantastic job. If I'm not in the mood to be chatting they total respect that, or if I feel like being a chatty Kathy they are super friendly too. I love that the ladies here really remember details about their customers, for example they pull out my color that I like as soon as they see me walk through the door. Another thing I really appreciate is when they are really slammed they are honest and tell me a realistic waiting time or they might even ask me to come the next day to ensure they girls are not pressured to rush on me. I have always waxed my brows but lately the was has burned my skin so I was looking for an alternative. I did not want to drive too far from Cumming so found this place. It is a nail salon so I was a bit concerned. However I am so glad I did. It was not a painless thing. The woman told me that the more I do it the less painful it will be. i've been going to this nail salon for years and they have helped me get rid of my ingrown toes for those years i've gone but recently when i went to go get an ingrown toe nail fixed they made it worse and gave me another ingrown nail on the other side of my toe nail. so now i have one toe with ingrown toe nails on each side of the toe. i am very disappointment and very sad with them and the employees that worked on my toes. now i have to go to a doctor to get surgery to get them fixed. never going back here again and i want to let people know and spread it so no one else has to go through the pain i have been going through!!! read more

Four Seasons truly cares about their customers. Staff are very friendly and will accommodate to your wishes! The owner keeps the shop extremely sanitary and this is the only salon you will find that has pedicure liners for a clean and sanitary experience. Prices are lower compared to other salons in the area. $25 for a gel manicure and a $20 pedicure that comes with a liner and hot towel. They also have very reasonable prices for children unlike most places that charge you a lot of designs for the hands and feet. Stephanie and her team really try to give you the best experience while you are here! Also have great massage chairs - those alone will have me coming there! Read many good reviews about this place so I gave it a try. The technician I was given had a hard time shaping my nails the way I wanted. I just wanted square nails . Not round or square round. Just square. The massage was okay. Wish it lasted longer.. The color I had on my toes wasn't as solid and bright as I expected so I asked for multiple coats .. I still wasn't satisfied and asked for a better solid pearly white .. she said they only had one white but another technician actually had a dimmer white that I wanted .. After she was done with my toes she started on my nails . I got French nails many times before and this is by far the worst . Her name was too difficult for me to pronounce, but unfortunately I will not be coming back. Sorry 4 seasons. I much rather take my money where people actually care about their work. read more

I love this Nail Spa, the Owner is very professional and friendly, they give very good services. Andrea gives the best pedicures and message the legs and feet very good. I love how they place a clean plastic liner in the foot spa for every new client, that seems very sanitary. I've made several visits and am always satisfied. I only know one thing that they can improve on and that's the nail polish. Their nail polish seems to peel off in a week every time, I think it's because they dilute it and thin it out with that nail liquid, but other than that, I'm a satisfied customer. read more

Worst nail experience ive ever had. When i told her what i wanted she began to get attitude and sounded irritated when she asked why i didnt want my nails long. She tried to persuade me to get long nails repeatedly, tired to tell me i was wrong, and that its not right to have short acrylic nails. She acted as if my wishes were an inconvenience to her. As she was filing my nails, she was extremely rough and looked up at me and asked if she was hurting me with a smile under her mask. I responded no and she began to file even harder. I came across this nail spa on Yelp, looking for a place to get my eyebrows waxed. I'm very picky about getting my eyebrows done, and I was completely impressed with my experience here. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and immediately took me to the eyebrow waxing room in the back (no wait). Nancy, who did my eyebrows, was very kind. She did a fantastic job and it only cost me $8 plus tip. The inside was new, clean and did not smell strong like most nail salons. I will definitely be returning. read more

I made an appointment for a facial and eyebrow wax. A very nice lady did the eyebrow wax. Unfortunately she did not do a good job. I could have done it myself and they probably would have looked better. When I called to make the appointment for the facial I asked what the cost of the facial would be, the man on the phone told me $35.00. I sat and waited for the person who was going to do the facial for twenty minutes as she had not arrived yet. She took me back to the room started the facial and then proceeded to tell me the person on the phone was mistaken and because I had "combination skin" it would be $50.00. She left me in the room for fifteen minutes while she did another service. After the facial was over and the light was back on I was putting my shoes on and noticed my feet were covered in something sticky from the floor and there was several dead bugs by my shoes! They might be fine for pedicures, but if you want a professional facial spend a little more and go some where else!! read more

You know, finding a good nail salon is tough...I got a $5 off any service coupon from here and decided to give them a whirl. Everything was going great until the end...I got just a manicure because they were very busy (went on a Friday afternoon so I figured it would be), and the manicure was actually good. However, she put me under the dryer without a word; I asked her how long and she said "five minutes, but I'll let you know". Well, she moved onto the next and that was it for me! Ten minutes went by and she didn't check on me, so I decided to get up and be done. I had needed some help getting my wallet out of my purse, which she had said she would help me with at first, but since I'd been forgotten, I took it out myself and tried to be super careful but unfortunately snagged some polish on the side of the purse. Didn't even bring it up to her since I was considered a done deal. When I went to use my $5 off coupon, she said it has to be on $20 or more. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that, which I told her, but she said that's an error on the coupon. That shouldn't be my problem; that should be theirs. If I known there was a $20 minimum, I would have gotten a pedicure. She told me I could use it next time, but there won't be one. Back to searching for an honest eatablishment... read more

I went to the salon a few Sundays ago because my mom had started going there as she was referred by one of her friends. I walked in and was greeted and I told them I just wanted a pedicure and they started the water and I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for someone. I would have left if my feet weren't already in the water and my mom had not recommended it. Finally the girl came over and started my pedicure and was clipping my nails and before I knew it she had clipped a portion of my toenail and then ripped down my toenail almost like a hangnail but pulling the cuticle out. I jumped out of my seat and she said oh I'm sorry and put my foot back in the water. I should have walked out at that point because now I have an inflamed big toe that has been oozing for a week. I'm soaking my foot in hydrogen peroxide and covering my toe with antibiotic cream and just hoping I don't have to go spend money at the doctor. I've done some research and it sounds like she was just trained to be very aggressive. I wished I would have said something before I left but I didn't know I was going to end up with an infection. read more
