I do NOT recommend this place at all -- if I could give zero stars, I would. The service I had is terrible, people are inexperienced and rude, and they lie about both their services and their posted hours on Google Maps. Full Story: I went in for a pedicure on Saturday, June 7, and asked for a cat eye design on my big toe. The young lady initially said she could do it, but she couldn't actually apply it correctly and had to call in an older lady for help. Instead of helping the young g lady, the older lady simply dismissed the request, telling me the cat eye "can't be applied on toes like that" and even suggested the color I picked is ugly. This place only has one UV light, so I had to wait for another client to finish. The young lady offered me a complimentary manicure to make up for it -- which I appreciated, and I offered to pay and asked to have gel nails done on my hands at the same time. Once again, the same older lady came and worked on my finger nails, and criticized the color I chose, saying it was too light and transparent and hard to apply. Later, I realized I left something behind and called the shop immediately. The older lady answered and confirmed they were open on Sunday, June 8. According to their Google Maps hours, they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:15am only to find them CLOSED. When I called again, she claimed they actually open at 12pm. When I asked why she didn't mention that the day before, she blamed me for not asking. I had to come back a second time to retrieve my item, and I did get a full refund of $115. During the refund process, the older lady still refused to take responsibility and blamed everything on the "wrong product" I chose and the young lady's inexperience. She even tried to claim that I hadn't paid for my hand service, which was untrue and beside the point -- even if it was complimentary, it doesn't excuse her rudeness, impatience, and complete lack of professionalism. I've been getting my feet done here for the last three years -- had cat eye done before -- so it's not about the product, but the complete incompetence and disrespect I encountered this time. The older lady's attitude was absolutely unacceptable: she was rude, impatient, and full of lies. I will never come back. read more

I needed to get a gel pedicure so I stopped in here after leaving my dentist appointment. There was no wait and the service was good and my nails came out looking really shiny and fresh. I like the aesthetic and decor of the salon, very stylish. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but after spending 170.00 for me and my daughters nails I'm truly dissatisfied. My nail tech suggested the Apreś gel set, so I decided to try it and she said it should last three weeks, but after two days my nails have begun chipping and since they chipped, my thumb nail broke. My first visit to Adore Nail Boutique was first class. Lynda made my appt and called back when she had a more optimal time available. When I arrived, she welcomed me, gave me as much time as I needed to select my color(s) and offered thoughtful opinions when I asked. Both she and my pedicure technician took extra care that my toes and fingers were smooth and shaped well. Then she showed me an ombré design that was gorgeous, so I added that for an exceptionally reasonable (small) extra fee. No more looking for a conscientious nail technician and quality nail salon - Lynda and Adore are my new go-to nail technician/salon. read more

Over all I like how my nails came out. I will say that. But within 5 days two nails came off. They did cheap acrylic and regular paint for $52....charged me for length almost $5 ever millimeter. I really adore Adore Nail Boutique Ms Lynda and her daughter Lynn are excellent at their craft. I've been going to the salon since about December 2019 and always, always get compliments on my nails after going. You know what was really cool? They remembered my name at my second appointment and greeted me with such friendliness. They have an array of colors in both gel and powder. Lynn did my first chrome nails. Both of them have great techniques, that I honestly have done ever before. They pride themselves on actually taking care of your natural nail. The salon is very clean and never smells like chemicals. I followed the best nail technician I've ever had to her new place. This is a local, family run business with an emphasis on customer service and very high quality products. I usually get gel nails and they last at least 3 weeks before they start needing attention. Recently, I've been trying SNS. I bring Lynda and Lynn Pinterest pictures and they are able to give me exactly what I want. If it is something that can't be done, they will tell me up front. The SNS will last at least a month. A couple of times, I went somewhere else as I was given a gift certificate and they don't last near as long as Lynda and Lynn's. They take their time and do a good job. Their salon is elegant and tasteful. They use a lot of organic products and have a state of the art air filtration system so you don't have to breathe in all that dust and fumes. I recommend you give them a try. They have a special area for large parties too. read more

This new salon in Johns Creek is not only gorgeous and sparkling clean, but they use all organic products. The nail technician explained every detail that went into the design that promotes an inviting, relaxing environment for their customers. I love how close it is to Taylor Road Middle School and Chattahoochee High School. I can get a mani/pedi in between carpool duties for my kids!
