However, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the cleaning services since about the middle of 2024. I usually had them clean and press my white uniform dress shirts almost weekly. Recently I went in to retrieve my shirts and noticed they were still terribly wrinkled and not pressed. I told the woman I wouldn't be able to wear them and she said to come back in the morning. No problem, things happen. They were ready in the morning and looked like they should. Last week, however, I once again went over to pick up my shirts. This time they had brown stains all over them (and they weren't like that when I dropped them off). I complained and was again told to come back the following week to pick up. I arrived today to pick up and the stains are still on the shirts and they are now unwearable. Ruined. The woman still charged me full price for the cleaning and I told her I wouldn't be back. They never made this right and didn't offer to help in any way. Not good. If you have clothes you like, don't trust this establishment with them.

I returned the next day to talk to the store manager and was told the same thing. I returned 9/25/23 to talk to the owner and he said that I or a family member must have picked it up. He said that people are honest and no one would take someone else's comforter, that would be gross. He insisted that I or someone that knew my name picked it up. He has owned this business since 2006 and stated they have never given dry cleaning to the wrong person, hard to believe! So I'm out the comforted and the cleaning charge.
