Gary has been extremely helpful a couple of times with my safe. A few years ago he got it open when…read morethe locking mechanism got stuck and I could not get it open with the key or the keypad. No other locksmiths would even come out to look at that issue. He replaced the keypad with a high quality keypad and removed the key lock, which was the problem, assuring me that there was no reason to spend the money and possibly compromise the safe for him to replace or fix the key lock issue because the keypad was high quality and would work. Again he came to the rescue this week when I forgot the code after not opening it for a few years. Instead of wasting money for him to come out, he walked me through what to try first, which worked. I would recommend calling Timchak Safe and Lock for any safe or lock issue.

The lady was super smooth - told me I just had sign some paperwork for the discount and here it was another 5 year contract. Unlike some others I see on here, I did actually notice and told her I was not interested to sign a contract - that I was just go with a cheaper company. She then heavily implied that this was just a formality and she just needed the paperwork for her files to get the discount through. It was COVID and I was tired and dumb and believed her. Now of course my 10 year old equipment is completely non-functional and we no longer even need the system in our new place and we are getting charged a fee to cancel. Any company that relies on early termination fees to keep their customers STAY AWAY. Go with Simplisafe. You'd honestly be better off putting the equipment on credit than taking free equipment from these people.

Paid Terkk $149 to run a diagnostic check on my computer that would no longer recognize new printer…read moreafter working for a week. Was told there was nothing wrong with computer. Replaced new printer which computer would not recognize. Replaced printer with different brand and computer wouldn't recognize. Called printer support line and watched them online find the computer issue in systems dropdown box in less than a half hour. Printer connection was disabled. Once they enabled the issue computer immediately connected. Employee who had my computer for a couple days didn't even own that he made a mistake but tried making excuses. When I paid my bill he had an invoice that I never saw but did get a verification of pymt. When asking to see invoice he couldn't find it making excuses. After asking him to print a new receipt which stated $149 for diagnostic check confirmed I will no longer use them

My husband and I recently made the move to Columbus from Cleveland,…read moreand I booked movers (through the Uhaul site) to help load and unload the truck in both cities. The movers in Columbus turned out to be a nightmare, but 'Them Movers' in Cleveland were fantastic. The movers called the morning of the move to let us know that they could arrive 30 mins earlier if we were ready, which we weren't due to our scheduled time to pick up the truck. They said "no problem" and found something else to do until we got back. When the 2 gentlemen arrived (we initially booked 3) they let us know that the 3rd employee had called off, but in case they went over the 3 hours we booked, we would not be charged extra. After inspecting the moving load they let us know that they'd be able to handle it all in sooner than the 3 hours, so I was able to call the owner and he agreed that I should go ahead and change the job on the moving website to a 2 man job since they wouldn't be going over the 3 hours. I appreciated that they cared about saving me money, and everyone was very apologetic about the inconvenience. The 2 movers did a great job and they were done in just over 2 hours. The guys were really friendly in chatting with us as they worked, and they were very careful with getting everything packed up safely and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the job that they did, ancompany!d would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone in the Northeast Ohio area. I only wish I'd heard of them before so I could have used them in previous moves. The guys, Jeff and Jordan were right on time and jumped right in. We moved from a 3 floor walk-up so there was many trips up and down... Originally figured 2 hours and it turned into 4 hours. They were flexible (and so was their job after us) so they were able to finish everything up for us in the extra hours we didn't expect to need. Thanks again!
