A friend of my started a course at FTCC. In the course sillabus it stated that you needed to have FTCC logo embroidered on the scrubs something new they required and FTCC would do the embroidering at the book store. when we got to the bookstore the cashier said that they did not do embroidering and we would have to take the scrubs to Castle Uniforms to get the embroidering done. We got to Castle Uniform and told the cashier that FTCC said she could have her scrubs top embroidered there with the FTCC logo. Castle Uniform refused the put the press on embroidered logo on the scrub top and refused to sale her the press on FTCC logo Just because she didn't buy her uniform from them. What a sorry excuse for a business. I would never go there again and would not recommend anyone else shop there for uniforms. read more

I expected a uniform shop near a hospital to be better. Very disappointed in my experience. The clerks who were working there weren't helpful at all. They just stood there at the register. Barely answered my questions. The uniforms were "organized" by colors. There was no order to the sizes. 5x beside xs beside 2x, etc. Hopefully they'll see this and improve their service. My boyfriend goes to FTCC and was required to order his uniform from this business. He placed his order and the items didn't come in for months. When he finally went to check on his things for a third time he was informed they had arrived two weeks ago (but of course no one called to notify him). This has resulted in us having to purchase several clothing items to use in the meantime so that he could attend his classes. The cherry on top? They "forgot" to place the order for his bistro pants. So...three months and counting....still no complete uniform. If the school didn't require that students order their items from this store we would have taken our business elsewhere much earlier. I always ordered uniforms from here per contract with my nursing school in the past, the options are abundant for women but the men's selection is lacking options. The few sets they do have for men were mainly black and gray. Male nurses seeking the required ceil blue will be left to place an order. This is the norm for most uniform suppliers but it's costly and untimely. Would be nice to see at least one ceil blue option in the different men scrub sets by brand. My name is Zac and I am a nursing student and recently needed to return A couple uniform items and when doing so I had to send my new tops out to embroidery and was told that it would be a 3 to 4 day turnaround. Upon calling two weeks later to check on my order I was told that it would take 3 to 4 weeks and I needed the uniforms that weekend for clinicals. I was helped by a young lady named Tabitha D. And not only was she the most helpful person I talked to she also called on her day off to rectify the situation for me with the manager so that I would have my uniforms in time. This girl is a rockstar and she went out of her way and bent over backwards to help me and personally called me when my uniforms were ready and in hand. Why isn't this girl a manager she is a rockstar probably one of your best assets you should promote her immediately. She may be the only reason I return to castle in the future after dissapointing interactioms on my previous 2 trips to the store... I know I can rely on her to get the job done!! Great selection of clothing and shoes. Don't pay in cash in case you need to return an item. I was told that I had 30 days to return the items and paid with cash. When I ended up having to return the shoes I was told they couldn't refund me because they don't keep enough cash in the drawer on weekends. So I have to make another trip to the store to get the refund and they are not located close to my home. Also, I originally went to the location in the Bordeaux shopping center to return items and was sent to the Skibo location. What a waste of time! read more
