Now she's going back and forth with my wife,instead of deescalating the situation, she was constantly added wood to the fire. The shoe I was ready to buy,I put them back on the shelf and told my wife,"Let's go". This lady Julia was determined that she was going to have the last word. Acting very unprofessional. With employees like her,it's no surprise that we were the only customers in the store, because she'd probably ran them all out.
