When the crew pulled in the driveway, I noticed they keep their vehicles and equipment clean and in good condition. They present themselves well and display a great attitude. I could also tell they were smart and experienced. They had all their tools and materials staged and ready to go. They had a plan and executed it flawlessly. The two of them worked together extremely well. They got the job done right without wasting any time. When they were done, they made sure to leave the work area at least as clean as when they found it. And their value cannot be beat. They did great work, charged a fair price, and had a great attitude the whole time the work was being done. These folks are some of the nicest and most professional I've ever come across. If I need any plumbing done in the future, they are my go-to guys. I highly recommend them. (P.S. They also give great advice. They know their stuff!)

Bruce Plumbing replaced a clogged water strainer from our master bathroom faucet. Here is the…read morehistory of the story. The strainer was under the sink and we were told by at least four other local plumbers, who charged us for the visit, that it was impossible to remove the strainer due to a poor renovation installation where the nut that holds the strainer was too close to the basin and wall to turn the nut. The faucet only produced a trickle of water during this time. One plumber told us the entire counter top needed to be removed to get to this strainer....which meant removing the backsplash, full wall mirror and lighting fixtures; surely the granite counter top would crack and the mirror would break during this "repair." Totally frustrating!!! Then we were give the name/phone number of Bruce Plumbing by a friend. Mike Bruce came to the house and surveyed the problem; we gave him the specs we had for the faucet. He called back to give us two options: repair the faucet or replace the faucet. Since there are two sinks in this bathroom we opted for a repair; he said he would order the parts. When the parts came in Mike arrived with his assistant and they went to work. Voila!!! he removed the strainer by opening the nut with a special tool and then replaced the flexible hose, installed the new strainer....and to my disbelief...tons of water flowed from a faucet that only produced a mere trickle before they arrived. I was thrilled with their service; and they were very neat about their work. They also replaced a kitchen sink filtered water spout without a hitch...and their pricing was very reasonable. Kudos to Bruce Plumbing. I recommend them to all who need a plumber...they're the best!
