To my surprise I happened to run across an advertisement on social media from Need for Kneading and I'm so glad I did. After I saw the ad I did my little investigation to make sure the company was legit. Shortly after I decided to take a chance and book an appointment. Booking online was easy and convenient, there were plenty of dates and time slots available. A deposit was required and of course those goes towards the cost of your service. I'm a frequent visitor to massage parlors and when I ask for deep tissue I never feel like I'm getting what I expect, so here I am giving a new place a shot. I opted for the 1 hour deep tissue. Emails with confirmations, rules, and guidelines were immediately sent, the day of a text reminder was received. Nothing was left out or missed. I showed up to my appointment, I followed the instructions as told to and everything went smooth. Johnathan greeted me and was very welcoming. We discussed my areas of concern which he does say what two areas and we got straight to it. Let me tell you it was the best deep tissue massage I've experienced. Jonathan gave attention to all my concern areas and worked on spots I didn't know where sore/tight. The studio is located in Downey and street parking is available. It's a small studio located in a building with other businesses. The studio is very functional and well kept.
