Dr. G is the best! I've been meaning to look for a chiropractor due to my back and poor posture. I had a thorough exam with Dr. G and he was very precise and to the point. During the X-ray, he told me I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. The thing I appreciate about Dr. G is that he'll do the adjustments a little bit each time. I can't imagine going through all those cracks and manipulation like the videos on social media. There's also a therapy room in the back for ice/heat treatment as well as a roller table. They also have an in-house massage therapist. Everyone is really friendly and I enjoy coming here for my sessions. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I prayed to God asking Him to direct me to a good Chiropractor and He did not disappoint. If you're looking for a Chiropractor, I highly recommend Back to Care. I started seeing Dr. Goshtasbi first week of May 2025 and signed up for adjustments and therapies based on his diagnosis after taking xrays. My lower back is much improved (little to no pain) and my range of motion with my neck, also. I'm also not grinding my teeth, in my sleep as I did. I will be a lifelong patient here because Dr. G cares for my wellbeing and health. He listens, he is affable and kind in his Holistic and Healing approach. 5-Star doctor. He is very knowledgable. I preferred paying him out of pocket once a month over going to my insurance covered practitioner once or twice or week. However, last visit he told me I was wasting his time with my infrequent visits, so I won't be returning. However, if you have the $$ or the proper insurance, and want someone who can help you... he's very good. read more

I've been suffering from chronic migraine for almost 10 yrs. Botox injections every 90 days and monthly magnesium infusion helped a little bit but didn't really addressed the source. I take rizatriptan almost everyday and it affected mental clarity . In the past few months, I noticed I've been waking up with neck pain almost everyday. I was prescribed with medications but again the source of pain wasn't addressed. And at the same time I started to feel numbness on my right thigh. I decided to consult Dr G. And that's when I found out the root cause of all the pain I've been enduring is my spine. After 2 months of treatment at Back to Care Chiropractic, my migraine was resolved. I don't need Botox injections and I haven't take medications for migraine for about a month now. Numbness on my thigh was resolved too. I wake up feeling great, no neck pain. I was a little hesitant to try chiropractic care, but I was in a lot of pain and was willing to try anything for relief. I'm glad I did because Dr. G is amazing. He is very thorough and good at what he does. He called to see how I was doing after the first adjustment. He noticed I was limping and was concerned. He really cares about his patients and wants us to get better. There's a booklet that he tells his patients to read that teaches patients how to sleep, stand, sit properly etc. That booklet is a great reminder for daily activities. I never even have to check in for appointments because the staff knows you and will automatically check you in. I look forward to my appointments now. It's very relaxing to get therapy. read more

I came in with very intense back spasms and lower back discomfort and because of Dr. Goshtasbi I was up and going within the first week! Him and his staff are so knowledgeable and caring, they definitely want to treat the core of the problem rather than offering temporary relief solutions like most chiropractors offer.
