The one payment packed item that really stands out is a 3700$ rustproofing charge that we did not want but fully charged for even tho Samira said it was practically free with all the discounts she was giving us NOT! The focus at this dealership is all about padding their pockets and emptying yours. Because of no resolution of this item by general managerDylan Laval or the 401 group of companies we have escalated this to OMVIC hoping they do an investigation into this dealerships sales tactics. Be aware of payment packing and watch your bottom line instead of your monthly payments. 10/10 to Samira for duping us into all the extras.

Cash to reimburse me for the 25 dollars I spent in the taxi cab to boost my battery in Toronto. Even airbags warning light also came on at delivery and they asked me to drive it away. When I raised these concerns, the dealership repeatedly denied all issues and did not provide any practical solution, so I decided not to argue further. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC and submitted all documents. Depending on the outcome, I may also pursue Small Claims Court. They clearly covered the rust with paint. The rear hatch doesn't lock, and the muffler fell off today. I already had them replace the battery and a connector because the alarm would go off all night, and they had screwed a connector that was too large into the battery post. I definitely overpaid, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Upon being threatened with OMVIC, the better business bureau and the MTO, they agreed to do the work and only swapped out the Rear Crossmember, hence making any complaint to MTO impossible. They reattached the toe links to the cross member with the improper bolts, and left me with a control arm that had a completely worn out bushing, and the front drivers side wheel bearing was no good. This means that a proper alignment was IMPOSSIBLE. They even left an engine light on, and tried to tell me it was ok to be sold like that. These guys plated the vehicle in a completely unsafe condition and told me it was a reliable vehicle that would most certainly last me the first two years of my apprenticeship. Upon my complaint they turned around and told me I should have bought something more reliable. Next time I will, and you should too - by not going here.

Made me feel very welcome and was in no time approved! When I went to pick up my car they had all information completed and the car was just shining!
