Hearing some growling from the front. Thought it was wheel bearings, nope. Then became concerned that it might be the front diff. Without getting in to too many details. They took my truck in during a busy period for them, inspected it and notified me that my diff was fine but that my tires were cupped in the front and getting very worn in the back. Knew I was going to be in for tires sooner than later, so is what it is, but the best part is they didn't charge me for anything. I was at least expecting an hour for diagnostics. Bang up crew there. I phoned them 11 days later to see how it was coming along and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Now I had to rent a vehicle, I phoned them 3 days later and still they hadnt looked at it yet, long disappointI g story later , it took them 3 weeks to finish , a 7400$ bill and a 600$ rental. I was expecting the bill to be substantial but the fact they took so long and it cost me so much more because they didn't have courtisy just to tell me that they had no intention of getting my vehicle in as soon as I brought it in is what angers me the most. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

i had posted on yelp that i was looking for someone to put freeon in my car. mohammed got back to…read moreme right away and quoted me a price that was cheaper then what i was quoted and heres the beat part he did it right in front of my house. i could tell from our conversation that he was very knowledgeable. i also spoke to him about how badly my car was shaking. he said get in i want to drive it. so we went on the 403 and he told my what every other mechanic said it was the CV joint. i liked that he recognized that while he was driving my car. we spoke about pricing to get them fixed and whats even better is hes going to do it in front of my house so i dont even have to go anywhere! i highly recommend him and he has become my favorite mechanic! thank you for assessing my car today by driving it not just saying what sounds wrong like every other mechanic has. contact him you wont regret it!
