I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

I was expecting the bill to be substantial but the fact they took so long and it cost me so much more because they didn't have courtisy just to tell me that they had no intention of getting my vehicle in as soon as I brought it in is what angers me the most. Halfway through, they called to tell me they couldn't find my wheel lock key and said they'd only charge me an hour's labor because they cannot complete the safety che k without it. I told them the wheel lock key was in the glove box, but they refused to check. I ended up paying $120 for an hour of labor and now they expect me to return and pay $169 again for the safety check. All because they didn't bother looking where I told them the key was and saw a young kid they could scam another 120$ from. This isn't the first time either. They pulled a similar stunt with my Mustang last summer and I ended up having it scrapped. when they were called on it. There was "nothing they could do" Lesson learned. I'll be taking my vehicles to Fitzsimmons from now on. Don't waste your time or money here. Absolutely would not recommend! 0 stars if possible.

Hearing some growling from the front. Thought it was wheel bearings, nope. Then became concerned that it might be the front diff. Without getting in to too many details. They took my truck in during a busy period for them, inspected it and notified me that my diff was fine but that my tires were cupped in the front and getting very worn in the back. Knew I was going to be in for tires sooner than later, so is what it is, but the best part is they didn't charge me for anything. I was at least expecting an hour for diagnostics. Bang up crew there. As it was the end of the season, I decided to let them winterize my RV since they were going to be doing this maintenance, otherwise, I would have winterized it myself per usual. When I booked it in, I was told to empty the tanks. When I picked up my RV, I was told they couldn't find the by-pass switch so they cut a new one. And since I had emptied my tanks, they couldn't check my hot water tank. Rather than over react to this news, I went home to think about what they had done. Disappointed in the fact that they didn't call me to find out where the by-pass was located and proceeded to cut a new one and charge me for it; disappointed that they didn't provide the service of checking the hot water heater as requested, I phone back to talk to the owner's daughter to express my disappointment in a calm, rational way. I was told that they have trained technicians and I shouldn't be questioning their work. I was told I would not be compensated for their mistakes and lack of service as requested and not to come back again. So needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in their service all the way around. They obviously don't value their customers. I would not recommend anyone I know to use this service.
