I called Executive for a full tint on my car and was able to bring it in that day. The shop is right off of Grand and, though it all looked pretty busy, I had no trouble finding a parking spot. The guy at the front desk is the owner and is a total family man. He chatted with me for a little while about life and soccer and was really personable! A lot of people underestimate customer service in a business but it is just so important. This guy made the whole experience enjoyable. He explained CA state code and pointed to a ready model to help to show what the finished product would look like at different tint percentages. He was really knowledgeable on the whole business and charged me 25% less than what I was expecting, plus he threw in a free car wash and vacuum! He handed me my keys with a smile and told me to just give him a call if I have any questions about anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality job done at a great price with fantastic customer service by knowledgeable professionals. I love the way my front windows turned out on my benz. Jorge showed me all my options to choose from and I ended up going with a clear tint that reflects most of the UV rays. Last month, I took my Tesla to this shop to have the windows tinted. When I picked up the car, I was told that the air bubbles in the tint would disappear within five days. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I brought the car back to the shop because I had been told that they would redo the tint if the bubbles did not go away. The second time around, the tint looked significantly better. However, later that same day, I noticed that the defroster grid lines on the rear window had been damaged. As a result, the defroster no longer works as intended. Had they done the job right the first time this would not have happened. I spoke directly with the owner, Hugo, and explained that repairing the damage would cost more than $2,000 because the only way to properly repair the defroster grid is to replace the entire rear window. Hugo agreed to issue me a refund and told me he would take care of it later that day. It has now been over a month. Despite numerous attempts to contact Hugo, I have received neither a response nor the promised refund. Based on my attempts to reach him, I believe I may have been blocked. I have included screenshots of our text messages below. He claimed he was waiting on corporate to review the refund. Spoiler: there is no corporate leadership team because this is a small business. At this point, I have had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially because the large number of positive reviews initially gave me confidence in choosing this business. Proceed with caution if you decide to do business with this company. To Hugo, the owner: Please respect your customers and be a better man of your word.

I texted Jerry a little after 11am that I've arrived to my location and asked where he was. He texted me back stating that he has equipment trouble and to rearrange a different day. Call me old fashioned but I believe equipment should've been checked the night before prior to meeting a client and also if the morning of equipment was found not working the client should be notified immediately and not last minute. I thought that was very unprofessional. Finally met up with Jerry at my location on Wednesday and he cleaned my car. I did a quick check around the car while he was pointing out the stains that were removed on the car seats and to air dry the car by leaving doors open. Most of the exteriors were cleaned and the interiors were nice and shiny after the clean. He did mention that stains may lift again in a couple days even after being cleaned. After he left, I see that he completely missed the front bumper leaving oil stains and other dirty marks on the front bumper. The small space by the trunk where the leaves collect were still dirty. I texted Jerry the pictures of the spots he missed and he stated he can come a different day to clean it off. I arrived to my location after we've established a time and day and I texted him. Again, he cancelled the last minute. Again, we've set another time/day and he finally cleaned off the spots that he missed including removing the stains that lifted. Overall, he did a great job with my car and removed the stains from my car seats. He did keep his word and cleaned off the spots that he missed and also removed the stains that lifted. The only thing that kept me from giving the 5 stars was that I thought it was very unprofessional of Jerry to cancel that last minute. Twice. I still do recommend his service, however, make sure you double check your car prior to him leaving and I would text him ahead of time to make sure he is coming.
