Called in at 12:51PM to request a full window tint service. Spoke to the representative Alex who was very attentive and kind. I let him know I work a strict schedule, if I was able to be seen. He understood and Advised to come in at 4:30P. As I was on my way, I received a call that they had a "power outage" & would not be able to take in my car. I pretty much waisted my day waiting around for my said "appointment", for them to cancel on me. They offered a $40 off, but my issue is not the price. It's about keeping your word. I understand things happen, but next time just don't schedule me if you know you won't be able to take me. Unprofessional in so many ways.
