This is a well-deserved 5 star rating for Irwindale Windows. The need to replace a sliding glass door in my home was unexpected and urgent. As I worked through that issue, I ultimately decided it made sense to upgrade two additional sliding glass doors and several windows as well. QUICK AND DETAILED RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS - Because one of the doors needed immediate attention, I contacted two vendors and peppered both with questions. I also requested, if possible, quick turnaround times on responses, while making it clear that I understood if that wasn't feasible. Both companies were responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. Jackie at Irwindale Windows, in particular, was extremely thorough and detailed in answering my questions. COMMITMENT TO MOVING QUICKLY WHILE NEVER OVER-PROMISING - Where Irwindale Windows distinguished itself was in its commitment to moving the project forward quickly while providing realistic timelines. They prioritized getting installers out to take final measurements asap, which was critical because the HOA required a city permit before work could begin. At the same time, Jackie was transparent about manufacturing and delivery schedules and set reasonable expectations. They never overpromised just to win the job. BY MY SIDE DURING CITY PERMITTING PROCESS - Jackie went above and beyond by accompanying me to the City Planning and Building Departments to help ensure all the necessary information was available for the permit application process. Her presence at the Building Department made a critical difference in getting the permit approved on a Friday afternoon rather than having the process delayed until the following week. OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS - When it came time for installation, Daniel and Alex were outstanding. They completed the work professionally and with attention to detail. Rather than making assumptions, they checked with me whenever questions arose, which resulted in installation details being handled exactly the way I wanted. They took excellent care in protecting furniture and surrounding areas, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and were always friendly and easy to communicate with. UNDER-COMMITTED AND OVER-DELIVERED WITH A REASONABLE PRICE PROINT - I especially appreciate small local businesses that under-commit and over-deliver. That's exactly what Irwindale Windows did throughout this entire project. Jackie was communicative in coming out to view windows and I appreciated that she also brought a member of her construction team in order to talk through any installation related questions and incorporate them into an accurate quote. If I could give this company 6 stars I would. Seriously from start to finish the level of communication, quality of work and finishing, plus professionalism was truly phenomenal. Comparing quotes to Home Depot not even close. Not only was the price competivie, the level of detail on finishing plus clean up was amazing. You can tell Jackie really cares about customer experience. On top of that, Daniel and Alex really made us feel comfortable and were not abrasive at all during the install. They were so patient with us explaining everything along the way and made sure to clean up very well. There was an issue with one of the window frames and Daniel told me he was not satisfied and spent additional time getting it right. I can sense the man's frustration because he wanted it to be perfect. He spent a lot of time ensuring everything was done properly. Even on the patio door without complaints they fixed it because per Daniel he wanted to make sure my daughters were safe when using it. Honestly I cannot compliment this company enough. I am truly impressed by the professionalism extended by current owner, Jackie. She contacted me, not to ask me to change my rating, but to sincerely inquire about my experience. We had a fantastic experience with Irwindale Windows Co. for our home project. Jaci was superb in helping us select and install new Milgard windows and sliding doors, and we're thrilled with the result. What truly impressed us was the follow-up service. After the installation was complete, the workers did a final inspection and noticed that one of the window panels had a small flaw and the secondary lock on the new sliding door wasn't working correctly. Jaci immediately took charge and filed a work order with Milgard to get it serviced. Milgard's team responded quickly, scheduled a visit, and fixed both issues perfectly. Not only are we saving money on energy bill, the house is now really *quiet* from the outside noises. Daniel and Jose were prompt and got straight to work to replace two windows for us. They were thorough with their installation and put a double layer of caulk to ensure a good seal with clean lines. They were thorough and even though they set down blankets in the work area, they still vacuumed after they were done which was much appreciated. We got all new windows and a slider!!!! Oh happy day :-) We LOVE them!!!! Whoop whoop!!!!! We went with Milgard Tuscany (top of the line) It's been a little over a month since the install. We met with four different vendors, and decided to go with Jimmy and his crew. Jimmy gave off the best vibes (to me). From the first moment I met Jimmy, I knew he was going to be the one to do our install. He is genuine, nice, hard working, and easy to work with....and he gave us a fair price too (best price out of all who we met with). He took the measurements for all of our windows, five of them, and a slider. it took about three months after measuring/ordering to get the windows and slider from the manufacturer. Jimmy's guys, Daniel and Alex, showed up on time and went to work! They were very nice, efficient, and clean. They are great! They did an awesome job! They made us very happy! The install was done in 2 full days. There was a minor issue needed with the slider but they came back the next morning and fixed it :-) They worked hard! And we appreciate their work :-) NO COMPLAINTS! We are VERY happy with our windows and slider! There is a noticeable difference in sound and feeling/temperature in our house. The windows and slider glide so nice, so easy! Our old windows and slider were from 1982 and were freakin horrible. They were hard to open/close. They did not close all the way so hot air or cold air always seeped in the house and the noise level was horrible! Hated them! If you are looking to upgrade your windows and/or slider(s) Jimmy and his crew are your guys! We cannot speak more highly about them, their work, and our experience! Awesome all around! This review is loooonng overdue. We got new windows for the entire house back in October 2022. I believe the previous windows were installed at least 30 years ago. They were single pane, with faded black trim that was falling apart, and in much need of an upgrade. We also had some window guards that we were looking to get rid of. I found this place on yelp and Jimmy came out to give us a quote days later. He wasn't the only one we got quotes from but his pricing was the most competitive and nearly half the price of Home Depot. We went with Milgard Tuscany and were sent a detailed quote of the specs for each window. Lead time was 4 months. They initially estimated the job to take a day and a half but they replaced all our windows within a day. We did have to call them after noticing some misalignment for one of the windows and they quickly sent a few guys out to remedy the issue. Windows really do transform the look and feel of a house. The double pane windows offer great noise filtering and insulation. I've had no issues with the windows over the past year and highly recommend Irwindale Windows for quality windows at a great price! read more

I had never done a windows project before and I like to keep things local so I found Irwindale Windows. They were timely in getting back to me about an estimate and were able to come to my house within a week or so of my request. Jackie and Jose were very friendly and answered all my questions. They even brought a sample window with them so that I could see what it looked like. I asked if they would touch up the paint on any trim that got damaged during the replacement and they said yes. They also said that disposal of old screens and windows was part of the service. I did my due diligence and requested estimates from two other companies. One was cheaper but they didn't even come out to my house. The other was more expensive and said I would have to do all the touch up painting myself and they charged separate fees for disposal. I am so glad I chose Irwindale. The crew they sent (Alex, Daniel, and Benito) were friendly and professional. They were careful with things, both inside and out, made adjustments to a couple of windows that needed it, and did a nice job with the touch up painting. I called Irwindale Windows for an estimate and within two days, George was at my house with an estimate. Upon contacting Lisha for the payment, I was told 2 weeks for the delivery at the store. She kept me updated as to the delivery and when they arrived contacted me for the date to be installed. When George and his crew arrived for installation, they immediately put paper down on the carpet for protection and covered my drapes with plastic. The installation was done in a quiet and orderly manner. I was impressed with the way the project was completed. The entire area was cleaned up and the windows were installed perfectly. But let me tell you how well these windows protected my home in the recent California storms. I texted Jimmy if he could send out someone to check the sealing/caulking of my bedroom window, and he sent someone the very next day, to not only check my bedroom window but all of my windows, and they reassured me that everything looked good. Love my new windows. Its a pretty big project and while I got 3 quotes for new windows Jimmy from Irwindale Windows was the only one that came back with as detailed a quote as anyone can give. He broke down the brand of the windows he's quoting, the size of each window, the material cost of each window and the labor cost to install each window. My other bids were here's the price trust me. They didn't even put down the brand of the windows they were planning to use. What a disappointment by other contractors and what a pleasure to work with someone so detailed as Jimmy. I asked about Milgard's Styleline series Jimmy doesn't recommend these due to the flimsy glass they're made of. If I choose these my savings over the Tuscany Line wasn't significant.
