While I was a customer with rise broadband I could expect at least once a month being without…read moreservice for a day or two. Two months ago my service went down on a Friday when I contacted the company. They said they couldn't get anybody out there until Thursday. I told him that was unacceptable. I switched to another company and called rise broadband to disconnect. They continue to try to offer me other plans and I told them I did not want anything. I wanted to be disconnected. I received two more bills from them. After the second I called and was told that I disconnected the call before they can ask me the disconnect questions. They also said that they tried to call me right back. That is a lie as I was still in the house for quite some time after that call. The service Representative was quite rude, and when I asked his name, he just connected me to their survey. They are saying that they will not refund me for the month. I did not have their service. It is Friday and I requested to talk to A supervisor. They said that one will call me on Monday. They gave me bad service and bad attitude. Do not use the service.

Worst wireless company and service ever, I'm counting the seconds and waiting for another company…read moreto finish their fiber lines before I switch, constant full blown wireless outages, daily buffering events on computers, cell phones and TV service, techs lie about upgrading signals, customer service reps hang up on you when you want to file a complaint, service decrease and price increase without warnings. Do yourself a favor and never use this company, they should lose their FCC licenses and never be able to do business again.
