I was afraid she would run screaming when she saw my hair, but she didn't even bat an eye. She was so sweet and totally collaborative on both cut and color from start to finish. She fixed me right up and now I can say I'm ready for my big debut at my new office. I did not get a blowout look that I expected I only got my hair blow dried and then the girl proceeded to go in with a iron doing curls which my curls came out horrible after she brushed them out my hair was left puffy. I was not happy with the hairstyle I came out with. Not even 2 hrs later my hair was a mess puffy and very frizzy. Next day came around my hair was very burnt,dry and in knots. I was told my balance was only 85 and I checked my bank for the transaction and they pulled out 102 dollars don't understand where that extra money was pulled for. I did not receive a receipt because I chose to get it emailed to me and I did not receive any type of receipt in my emails.

Julie is very nice, friendly and has been doing this for years. I sat in her chair and explained to Julie how I use to get my haircut and wanted something low maintenance and easy. I also wanted to hear thoughts and ideas. She gave me some ideas and I told her she could have at it. Did I mention that she even served me a beer while all this is going on... I had her turn my chair so I couldn't see what she was doing and I got to people watch out the window. All I got to say was... WOW!!! Heather listens to what I say, makes wonderful conversation, and treats me like a long lost friend each time she sees me. She's super nice, highly skilled, and I love the way she styles my hair in addition to the fabulous cuts I get. The building has two lots and although the spaces are small, I appreciate not having to worry about parking. The space is comfy and inviting and well stocked with magazines.
