Dr. Sisco and her staff are amazing. Cat Care has been my vet for the last five years, treating my beloved but geriatic Maine Coons. Not only is Dr. Sisco brilliant at diagnosis, but her staff absolutely loves all the kitties that come to visit. I'd like a particular shout out to Liberty, who mans the front desk, Alexis (a technician) and Lisa (a vet tech). Dr. Sisco always takes plenty of time to discuss everything with the kitty's owner and couldn't be more compassionate when one of my Maine Coons succumbed to cancer. So sorry Bink W. had a bad experience, but that's not been my history with the clinic. Although vet care is inherently expensive, the costs are not more expensive than what I paid in Michigan. One caveat--it is important to recognize that this clinic, which only has one full-time vet, cannot handle or fit in an emergency unless there is an available opening. If you reflect upon it, an emergency vet facility will be more likely to have the staff and the equipment to test immediately for problems. read more

Dr Sisco is a good vet. Unfortunately, she surrounds her clinic with some not so great people who run the show. They made a mistake in scheduling my cat. Was supposed to be a different type of appointment. So, I was supposed to schedule a second appointment to dispense meds. That means pay 2x within couple weeks. Yet, the person who messed up, promised me meds to hold me over until I scheduled. Dr Sisco said to not schedule for 1 month. Okay - no big deal - I can wait a month. I run out of meds - critical meds to keep my cat alive - and the same person who goofed, walked back her promise. So that means I would have to schedule 3 appointments in a 30 day span. She claimed I blew off my appointment. I did not. I scheduled another cat, and I forgot my appointment. They rescheduled me, but the morning of, I was unable to catch my cat. I tried calling numerous times, nobody answered, so I left a message to cancel - I wasn't sure if being a bit late would have been okay - and since they don't like to answer phones - I made a decision. When I said to her you promised me meds - she said she never did that. I know exactly what she said - but she did not care at all. Dr Sisco will never remedy the situation either. That is very telling of her and the entire clinic. Had I just shut my mouth, rescheduled for the next available day - everything would be fine. But, I am tired of the incompetence. Had this been a one time issue, I would let it go. read more

I used Dr. Sisco for the six years I lived in Naples and was constantly telling myself I needed to find another vet. She was often difficult to deal with, and I had numerous friends and acquaintances tell me they had changed to another vet after their experiences with her. A few months ago I vowed never to return to her practice when she refused to authorize flea treatment for my cats because they were a month away from needing their annual checkup and vaccinations (which I always take care of on schedule!). However, I continued with her practice because we were in process of selling our house to relocate to another state. A few weeks ago we moved a long distance away and I needed help managing one of my cat's medications during a transition period. I had difficulty scheduling my kitty into a new veterinary practice in our new city and needed Dr. Sisco to prescribe medication for a few extra days until I could get him into his new vet. It was important that he have this medication continuously in order to be tested at the new practice to see if the dosing was appropriate. By law the veterinary practice in our new location cannot prescribe medication for an animal they have not yet treated. Dr. Sisco refused to provide the medication for this transition period. I am appalled that she is so unconcerned for animals that have been in her care for a period of years. Fortunately the new cat clinic where I will take my cats has scheduled me for an emergency visit tomorrow so that I can get my cat's needed medication. They were astonished that Dr. Sisco was unwilling to be more cooperative in what has been for us a very difficult move and transition. If I ever encounter another veterinarian as unconcerned and uncooperative as Dr. Sisco I will not delay finding a more caring, compassionate professional. read more

Dr Sisco and every member of her staff are SO nice and compassionate. They all really care about the animals and I am so grateful to them.

Dr. Sisco is compassionate toward both cats and their owners. Recently my cat went in after a day of vomiting. Not only did the vet order the right tests to identify the problem, but she provided subcutaneous fluids to improve my cat's health immediately. She also accurately diagnosed that my feline would be more comfortable at home and gave me the appropriate instructions to monitor his condition. Dr. Sisco provides a thorough explanation of any problem, being knowledgeable with statistics as well as background on any feline ailment. The office staff is also very appreciative of each individual cat, making the owners feel as if they possess the world's best cat. The prices for services are reasonable--$150 for a complete panel of lab tests, for instance. read more

Very caring staff and doctor. I have been taking my cats there for years. There are other veterinarians closer to my house, but I drive the 20+ miles to take them to the Cat Care Clinic. They are accomodating and will "squeeze" you in if you have an emergency, if at all possible. read more
