I have been coming to Harborside for the last 9-10 years. One of the things I love the best is their communication. I have always been able to receive a return call the same day of my message. The staff is phenomenal. I can tell they genuinely care. My kitties and I are sincerely grateful for Harborside and all the staff! read more

We had a very disappointing experience at Harborside Animal Clinic, Naples Florida primarily due to a young, inexperienced vet technician. In the past, Harborside's Veterinary Services had been satisfactory. That all changed yesterday! Our dog has been professionally groomed every 4-6 weeks for 10 years (I.e. Bath, Brush and Nail trim). We typically take him to PetSmart for a full grooming, however, this time we bathed him ourselves therefore he only required his nails trimmed. We made an appointment at Harborside. After a few minutes - an employee came out to say they would not finish trimming his nails unless we agreed to give him Gabapentin, a sedative drug. He IS fussy regarding his nails, however, in over 100 groomings over 10 years he has never had to be sedated before having his nails trimmed. Harborside refused to finish the job however they still charged us. Following the supposed nail appointment we could not determine if any or how many nails were properly trimmed. We understand that an inexperienced technician might be concerned however using a muzzle for 3 minutes would have been easy solved the issue. BTW he has never worn a muzzle nor has any groomer ever suggested a sedative before trimming our dog's nails! A truly disappointing and totally unexpected Harborside Animal Clinic experience! read more

I have taken all my animals here for almost 10 years - Dr March runs an incredible practice and takes excellent care of my 3 senior dogs Dexter (12) Louie (14) Winnie (13) and my cat Monkey (5). We have been through everything: a cystotomy for Dexter, dental and 22 extractions for Louie and always regulating his diabetes, echocardiogram and ekg for Monkey, and all the healthy checkups in between. The staff is attentive and accommodating and knowledgeable the techs are professional and compassionate and I always have a wonderful experience when I am at Harborside. I can call them anytime for anything. read more

Staff is excellent. However, I sense a large turnover in front desk. I agree with some earlier reviewers. Since becoming a larger practice they have lost a sense of decency and compassion for ALL. read more

Brought my dog In for teeth cleaning. without my permission, removed 5 teeth from my 5 pound dog's mouth!!! Disgraceful!!!!! In signing the paperwork, I clarified that no teeth were being removed today! read more

I really love Harborside. The girls that answer the phones are always friendly and helpful. The best part is the sheer amount of doctors they have on staff, though. They can always fit me in, especially if it's something time sensitive. Everyone is always nice to our kitties and seems to go out of their way to ensure everyone is cared for. I really appreciate the effort and care that Harborside provides. I don't live anywhere near here but drive 45 minutes because it is worth the drive. read more

I had a very unsettling experience with this practice. I question the level of experience of some of the vets on staff. I am very upset with myself for not seeking out a different veterinary practice for my dog. read more

It's all about money here and nothing else. They pushed their terrible drugs and my dog was dead 11 days later, who before that was happy, playing and eating. read more

A great vet, with 4 doctors on staff. Nice facility with lots of parking front and back, kind of cramped, but not too bad. The staff did a wonderful job of showing how much they cared about the well being of my pet, from her safety to healing after surgery. They were very organized and the doctor who did all the work on my animal called me whenever something new was going on. I really appreciate the customer/patient care. I highly recommend this vet! read more

It's taking me 8 months to write this review. The staff at Harborside are gifted. We had to put down our 17 year old dachshund Rocco a few months after moving to Naples. As you can imagine my heart was broken. It still is . Dr. Miller was amazing , her kindness , her understanding of our heart break was paramount. We thank you so very much for your professional behavior and your heart. We are not sure if we will ever get another dog, but, if we do, We will be taking them to Harborside Animal Hospital. Thank you! read more

Recommendation: Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I was told "we are not accepting new clients".... "unless you tell us who referred you, then we might be able to squeeze you in." What a horrible business practice. Today you lost 2 new clients and 2 existing clients. read more

100% love Harborside Animal Clinic and I've often boarded our cat Vinnie there because they take good care of him. We adopted Vinnie from the DAS after he was captured " in the wild" and neutered at the DAS. Dr. March examined him, made sure all his shots were up-to-date and has been caring for Vinnie ever since. Don't hesitate to take your pet here! read more

Very knowledgeable Vet! I have a 16 year old havanese and 2 year old maltipoo and was happy with they way handled both babies.

I have been using this clinic for my cats and dogs since 2015. They used to call and confirm appts. They used to care about their business. Since Covid they quit sending out reminders and every time I had to take an animal there I had to call them from the parking lot to check in.,.... They come out and take my babies in and the doctor calls from the office to speak with you. Covid protocols...., crazy rules, stupid long emails from the owner and as I said earlier..,.. you can email me with all your crazy protocols but not to remind me of appointments? I asked the front desk today why I never got an appointment reminder (once again) and her response was...."sorry we are short staffed and doing the best that we can". Well maybe if the owner of Harborside was managing his staff better and not being afraid of his own shadow he would have a more accommodating and competent staff. Highly disappointed in the lack of care and service this clinic has given us since COVID-19. Quit being afraid of everything and take care of your business, staff and patients! read more

Been going to Harborside for many years and the care is always incredible! My sweet dog had been sick and they took her in right away. Dr March personally checked in with us daily to see how she was doing . Thank you for easing our minds and taking your personal time to show why you are the best at what you do!! Thank you~ read more

One of the best vets in Naples. I have personally been coming here for over 30 years and it is a wonderful vet. I have not used them for any emergency, but have bordered my dachshund there and she literally did not want to leave. Caring staff, great location, clean, good prices. Parking is kinda tough, but some in the back. Love this place as a vet. Right on Davis before airport coming from 41. All of my pets have gone there and never had a problem. When my dog passed away they sent a card signed by the entire staff, so sweet. read more

The Best !! I am not going into the long reasons why I love this place - - I have a very very small 2.6 lb OLD female YORKIE who is now blind & deaf. Harborside cares. I feel so lucky to have them in my corner with the care of my fur baby. read more

Moved here a year ago. Took three vet tries before finding Dr. Gorman. Amazing care and follow up. Beautiful facility. Great staff.

I've been going to Dr Miller here for 4 yrs. She is very caring, treats both my dogs carefully and is very kind. The front and back staff are always helpful and kind. Dr Miller always returns my many phone calls without complaint on the same day. I would highly recommend Dr Miller to anyone. read more

These people truly care. They have taken care of my dogs since I moved to Naples 20 years ago. When I had to have put my sweet funny poodle Pearly Mae put to rest they were so kind and sensitive words are not adequate to express and now they care for Remy a crazy Shorkie ,with the same skill and gentle touch. She LOVES the vet....go figure! read more

Blown away! From the second I walked in the door I felt like I was surrounded by friends, not the usual vet office staff. They are efficient, excited about what they do, and truly invested in helping your animal. I was given treatment options for my obese cat without being sold various unnecessary things. The visit, meds, and personal tips were worth much more than they charged. Affordable, compassionate, and staff that's just a joy to be around. Too bad I can't find a human doctors office this great! :) We'll be "happy with Harborside" from now on! read more

First-time client here, very impressed with front office staff and medical personnel. This has been our family vet for my entire life, every animal my family has ever had has gone here and now my sweet boy does! They are quick to return calls and answer even the most insignificant questions! We've seen every vet in the office at one time or another and I would highly, highly recommend any one of them. The entire staff is welcoming and kind, they are wonderful with the animals and humans alike! It is clear to see why they have been in business as long as they have! read more

What an amazing staff. I brought my dog here for two ACL surgeries and all wellness for years and adopted my cat from here. It's so unbelievably refreshing to see the same people throughout the years. They really do care about you and do their best to work with you. I never have written a review on anything before but I feel it's the best way I can thank the staff of Harborside. Today I received a card in the mail from the clinics staff . Last week I brought my cat and best friend FeFe of 15 years to the clinic after a night from hell watching her go from perfectly fine to in complete distress it was obvious to me I was losing her and rushed to the clinic immediately. Unfortunately it would be our last moments together her beautiful heart was going and the best thing for her was for me to let her go. I stroked her head as she took her last breath and the compassion and care of the staff made my decision that much more easier to bare. The card I received contained all of the staffs signatures and inside 4 paw prints they had inked for me. My heart felt peace and a feeling of gratitude for they had a genuine understanding of what I have lost. I've framed those prints and they will always be in my home as another reminder of my lost friend. Thank you again Harborside Staff you are truly a blessing. read more

Absolutely love the staff and vets here. This was confirmed when we were in and out with our dog for a month trying to figure out what was wrong with her. They have been so accommodating with appointments and phone calls. Five Stars ++....recently moved here full time with two Boston Terriers, Roxy and Isabella. Dr. Bishop and staff were fabulous during their annual exams and blood work. Dr. Bishop called me herself the next day to give me the lab results and is a very caring Doctor. Isabella has some issues, so I feel very confident that we picked the right group for our pets. Highly recommend you to try Harborside and Dr. Bishop. The front desk ladies were very nice and the Techs took good care of our girls. read more

This review is WAY over due, but better late than never. We brought in our 5 year old Boxer Brady, who by the way, wasn't even a patient at this clinic. He was having issues breathing. Brady had a similar episode like this in the past and we ended up having to take him to he ER which cost us a huge chunk of our savings. So this time around we decided to call a few of the Emergency Vet Hospitals around Naples and every single clinic refused to see him if we couldn't pay his bill at the time of service. We weren't sure what we were going to be be able to afford plus we had no idea what was even wrong with him. We called Harbor side and they told us to bring him in immediately. They were extremely friendly and compassionate!! They saved our dogs life. Not only that, the doctor covered some of our bill and another organization picked up nearly the rest of it. We are so Thankful for doctors and staff at Harborside. I will never take my babies anywhere else!! read more
