Updated in summer 2020 - we returned to Fox Hollow about six months ago after coming in when the…read morevet we'd moved to couldn't fit us in and have been returning faithfully ever since. They have corrected the issues with their front desk folks. They're reasonable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and can squeeze you in same day for a nominal up charge if your issue is urgent (or if you just think it is as I sometimes do ). We have been taking our dogs and cats here since May of 2017 when we moved to the area. I think the care provided is trustworthy. I have no doubts about the competency of the veterinarians and no complaints about pricing. That being said, I have yet to feel any real loyalty to this facility. The front desk staff is quite slow and often a bit cranky. They have yet to integrate our pets' records from their prior veterinarian into their system (so I have to call and verify if vaccines are current -- at which point there are long delays while paper files are consulted - why are there paper files? Shouldn't these records all be digitized?). Any appointments for routine services end up taking at least an hour; lots of waiting. It's like going to a medical doctor's office. I understand that triaging must take place, and I don't begrudge pets in dire situations being seen with a higher priority than those who are receiving only vaccine administration, but at the same time, I do think there is room for improvement. I can't understand why it would be appropriate for me to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription, especially when I called ahead for it so it was already packaged with our name on it

Every time I come in here my pup JELLY BEAN and I are welcomed with so much love and care! They know her by name and they get on her level of comfort and help her feel at ease when she's there. The day after her appointment I always get a phone call making sure she's doing okay and it's always so to have that follow-up care! They truly do care about your pets, and will go above and beyond.

My cat was having urinary issues-so we booked a last minute appointment with this new vet…read moreMy husband brought her and we got a UA and bloodwork done to find the cause. At check out my husband sent me pics of pills. I asked the vet tech why they wanted to give her pretty much a slightly More expensive version of a hip and joint powder for my active, climbing, newly 7year old cat. The vet tech said arthritis could be the source of her peeing a lot or outside the litterbox bc of hips and knees? Like she's not able to get to the litterboxes at ground level. They asked nothing about her physical activity and just assumed. I've worked with dogs and cats since 2018. The tech said they didn't know how much more potent this is than the stuff I'd find at petsmart (cosuquin ) when I asked. Very uneducated. Discharge papers say the hip and joint was for her uterus inflammation and not bc of possible knee/hip issues. They just told me the results of bloodwork and UA were good. Just inflammation. I didn't pay over $400 to not be able to see the UA and bloodwork results and just trust what im being told. I had to asked twice for a copy of lab work and I was told at first by the receptionist that they didn't even get the urine sample I dropped off Monday ....despite the vet calling to say the UA was okay. Just inflammation. They rebooked another appointment for her without permission from my husband or myself . No one talked to any of us about environmental or other emotional/stress things that could've caused her inflammation. I have 6animals, live 10 min away, but I'll be going back to my normal vet for sure Not all Corp vets are like this. A lot care more than here They're just grabbing at money, no questions to help solve the problems. No info on crystals in urine or anything.just inflammation after senior blood and urine panel It's a waste of money to go here unless you're an educated pet owner who can advocate and ask questions
