I will start with the fact that we did not use them for a haircut groom service. But we did have them do our dogs' nails and anal gland expression. We did it as a walk-in and they fit us right in with two dogs. They had us help hold the dogs on the table (in addition to the head lead) for the nail trim and I don't love that because it stresses ME out, lol. Otherwise, they were friendly and quick and all other dogs actually being groomed on tables looked chill and not stressed. read more

Thought I was leaving my dogs in a safe place. Hopefully they were A-okay. The groom looked AMAZING!!! When I went to pick up my pups... Gloria was SCREAMING LITERALLY AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS SEVERAL TIMES at a Scotty dog that she said bit her and she showed me her hand with the bite. SCREAMING at him!!!??? Naturally that is awful to have a dog bite you. Not certain how groomers handle bites, But if my dogs heard that, they would be terrified!!! Only hesitation in going back. Seems there would be a better way to handle the poor Scottie. I told her maybe he hurts somewhere...of course I feel bad for her too...but not okay with her behavior... Communication and honesty are not their strong suits. I took my dog a few weeks ago for a full groom. Got about 1/3 done as the dog has suffered through some trauma and is not super happy. His nails were not trimmed, only half his hair was cut and his ears were not cleaned. They still charged me the full price. They said bring him again and he'll be better each time. I made an appointment, once there the guy that told me to book again was hiding in the back and the lady at the front turned us away. I understand my 5 lb, 7 year old Yorkie is annoying but they should've said that since the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere instead of wasting my time and money with them. read more

I'm so sad at the terrible job they did with my 2 doodles. They look like drowned rats and they didn't need their gorgeous teddy bear face/beards shaved all the way off. They left a weird clump of hair on one of the doodles behind. Like why? It's absolutely awful. I will have to take them somewhere to redo. Such a disappointment to spend a lot of money and hate it. Plus they took longer than any other groomer we have tried and my dog threw up after from stress (never happened to us before). 0/10 recommend. read more

I love that I can call and get a same day appointment for my dogs, basically a walk-in. I'm really bad about putting off grooming until the last minute and usually have to wait a few days with other shops. My dogs always go in dirty and shaggy and come out smelling oh-so-good with their good haircuts. It never smells like pee in the shop (some shops reek). My dogs have gone in for simple trims to the full spa treatment with painted nails and a blueberry facial and I'm always satisfied with the results. read more

These groomers should be shut down. They totally shaved my silky terroir without my permission. They left our neighborhood and I am sure it was not because they had a lot of business.. Read complaints on nextdoor about Gloria. I Would never take him to this lady again. Not to mention that he was traumatized for at least 2 weeks after this... We took or pup in for the second time, to this groomer. We had a good visit the first time. Our Yorkie Poodle looked great. This last time we picked him up and didn't notice right away, but he had a nick off his top of his nose. When we took him back to show Gloria she said I didn't see that, he must of done that after. RECENT REVIEW* READ ALL *** overpriced without boutique ambiance and horrible service. I took my pup for his first pup bath and was given a package like deal ($36.50) over phone.. just making sure his first time is not traumatizing. When I arrive I am asked for blueberry facial and Greek yogurt conditioner add for $10 each and numerous other services that were not on package deal.. it seemed Gloria had presented every option for monetary reasons and not the well being of the puppy. Being in Sales, it is a huge turn off considering if I would've accepted without asking, that would've increased the tally.. what if I couldn't afford that? For that price he can do puppy spa and have time DEDICATED to him and not worry about being caged up for 30 minutes when my poor little guy hadn't been attended.. she said his face needed to dry and was Quote "Gonna be there a long time" the appointment was 3 and they closed at 5.. my appointment is not an opportunity for you to groom other pets and he WAS NOT prioritized. Owner: do not reply to review to justify this..yelp reviews from your own employees is trickery! Poor Allie.. the whole place needs a tune up.. new counters floors.. they seemed rough too and didn't address him in a soft tone or anything.. Rinky dink that's overpriced with no good service. As an excuse to get my pet back, I had to say I was going to PetSmart. When someone asks the first time, you return their pet or be ready for furry. Not nice. I handled well but FYI do mobile pet grooming.. way nicer and they come to you! Get on that waiting list and spend half off and watch your dog the whole time.. without leaving your property. read more

Highly recommend! My dog had gotten groomed by the Fur Stylists 3 times now, and each time it has been a perfect cut! They take the time to talk me through their services, they are very clear about length of cut, etc to avoid any miscommunication. They are always very nice & pleasant when I come by and flexible with appointments. I love saying hi to their dogs in the shop, too. Always a good experience. read more

Took my dog there for the first time today and told them to take a 1/2 of an inch off and 3/4 of an inch off around the ears. Apparently they think that means you leave 1/2 of an inch of fur from the skin. In what world would anybody think that way. So if they were cutting hair at a salon on a girl and the girl told them to cut 3/4 of an inch off they would shave the girls hair and leave 3/4 of an inch. That's insane. I have an Australian Shepard who had beautiful hair who just a needed trim and they F****** shaved my dog. Not mention any refund or any compensation on their screw up. Customer service is terrible and I'm shocked this place is still in business. read more

I went to take my dogs it was my first time going there and I was quoted the price which including nail clipping , teeth brushing etc , when I got there she went over what was going to be done and I had to sign. but at no moment did she go over the fact that she was up charging anything and as a first timer customer I was suppose to get a discount needless to say I was suppose to spend around 80 and when I showed up to pick my dogs up the smaller one had a haircut and looked like a chopped job it did not look right and she tells me is over $130 . I couldn't believe it so I kindly asked her why is it so much and she just said everything was extra and cleaning teeth and paws were more amongst other stuff . I was shook but had my little baby and two dogs I was stressed enough so I didn't want to cause more of a problem I was so disappointed with everything. I took my dogs the A Fur Stylist yesterday, they did such a nice job!! i am new to denver, my dogs are real weirdos, one is scared of his own shadow and i was nervous to leave them for a bath and nail cut. the ladies did so well, my dogs were calm, cool, and collected, they were bathed and soft!! even their ears smelled good!! read more

Love this place! I have had my boyfriends dog and now my cat groomed there! They both looked amazing when I picked them up! The people who work there are always so nice, they are awesome, I also really love that they use hypoallergenic shampoos and were able to put nail tips on my cat so he won't destroy the furniture. read more
