Let's face it, Crossfit can be a little bit intimidating, especially at an unfamiliar gym. 100% NOT the case at Lawless. From the first minute I walked in, I felt really welcome. Coach Marcus was awesome about introducing me and the members immediately embraced the "new guy" as one of their own. If that was all I had to say about Lawless, that'd be reason enough to give it a try but the combination of the AWESOME vibe of the gym, and EXCELLENT coaching just put this place over the top. We didn't have luck at other gyms, but this gym not only let us workout, but didn't charge for the weekend! The staff was incredibly friendly too! Most of the people there cane over to say hello and introduce themselves. Even though they were running a strongman class, we could still access other equipment and do our own thing. I came from a conventional gym program, got pregnant, and then tried crossfit and have been hooked since day 1. I will never go back to strictly isolation-only lifting. I find that my crossfit training has made everyday activities that require any sort of lifting, strength, or endurance - seamless. The coaches are super helpful/patient and KNOWLEDGABLE.. They make everyday different, challenging, and fun. Highly recommend for ALL levels of fitness.. Not sure what the negative reviews are about.. I have never experienced any separation between "elite" and beginners at this gym. When I came into the box for the first time, I was 70lb overweight from my not-so-fit pregnancy and was definitely not my usual "fit-self". Despite my situation, the coaches and members that I had classes with everyday were always friendly, engaging, and encouraging... I am stronger everyday and am so thankful for those who have pushed me to be better everyday at this gym.

Every instructor has their own vibe, definitely try them all to find your faves. Such a positive and encouraging environment. Studio sells grip socks, merch and waters. Can park in one of the spots out front, street parking, or one of the lots just a short walk away. Their app makes it easy to book, and there are often specials for those who are new and want to check out a couple classes.

I really enjoyed how different Fuego was, compared to Solidcore and Lagree and how creative some of the movements were. I also really liked how big the platform and carriage are, making some of the moves much more accessible and pain/discomfort free. It should be noted that this is more high-intensity and is not like contemporary/Stott. I would also prefer more hands-on instruction and form correction throughout the class. I would go back if I were to come to the area again and would recommend to anyone familiar with Solidcore/Lagree!

Now when it comes to keeping up with the equipment This place throughout the years Is not being maintained like is supposed to. Sometimes a machine will be out of service for a week ( frustrating) and the sweat hogs won't clean after themselves. Yuk. A lot of times is hot in there. And you have to wait for a machine unless you go when is dead around noon. I became really disappointed with this gym. Plus they used to offer tanning not anymore. The lockers became taken by people that haven't been there in months so you can't even use them. Plus almost 40.00 a month is kinda pricey for a small gym like this.

I sent the…read morefacility an email and received a response the same day saying that I could attend the class from Tylor. When I arrived. Coach Brian greeted me as I walked in. He quickly showed me the gym, and it was amazing. Great workout area, boxing ring and two matted areas for Jiu Jitsu, striking or other martial arts training. What stood out was how clean the whole gym was. From the mats to the restrooms I could tell that the team there cares about the facility! Class was well ran and everyone was on task and training hard the entire time. The coaches were always walking around and available for one on one help with the techniques. The other students were great! When rolling began i felt like I was apart of the team. I visit gyms across the country when I travel, and I would rate them as one of the best gyms I have been to. It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!
